That's depressing.
He's never recovered from that fall from grace. I hope he turns things around.
Recovering from back surgery sometimes leads to prescription opiate abuse. I know he was arrested for alcohol but prescription opiate abuse could explain the bigger picture. Hope he gets help and we don't see him dead before 2020.
I wonder who he'll blame this one on. Guy is a 100% low life scumbag.
Gawd that pic. Looks half dead already.

An unfortunate possible result of some medical practitioners being overly willing to prescribe highly addictive drugs. The pharmaceutical companies are making out like bandits, as are the insurance companies, and any doctors how get a cut for selling the drugs---oops! writing prescriptions.
Schuktzie, Tiger isn't a muscular woman, why are you posting this?

A big part of the problem is that doctors now have to worry about ratings by patients, which hospitals stupidly now take into account when evaluating medical professionals. The doctor who says "oh, you're in pain? I'll give you whatever you need to fix that" gets a better review than the one who says "yes, you're in pain because we just cut you open. Deal with it" even though the latter is probably really doing what is better for the patient.
Along the same lines, treating pain (a completely subjective measure) as a vital sign really hasn't helped. "OMG I have 12 out of 10 pain) should not be treated anything like tanking blood pressure.
So yeah, the healthcare industry is unquestionably responsible for the current opiate epidemic, but I think it's more a result of policy mistakes than kickbacks.
^This. Plus, perhaps more frequently, many patients complain when they don't get opioids prescribed. Some become belligerent. Others will return the next day demanding pills. And if you don't prescribe enough, they will return in just a couple of days demanding more. These patients are a hassel. When they return to the office for more pills, they take up more of the doctor's time, which the doctor doesn't get paid for. Between the patient's complaints, beligerence, threats of lawsuits, bad reviews, and time-wasting free post-op appointments, it's usually much easier and better for the doctor to prescribe a ton of opiod pills in the first place. Definitely cuts down on the drama.

He's never recovered from the death of his father who was the anchor in his life.

Bunk. The real epidemic is heroin. Most of the "prescription" opiods are black market pills that are stolen from pharmacies etc. and sold to millennials. The rest of pills are generally smuggled in from Latin America. The whole "opioid epidemic" story was cooked up by turds in the Obama administration (and people think Trump is bad) to help their friends in the pharmaceutical industry jack up prices while at the same time curb sales to elderly folks that the left would like to get rid of completely for several reasons, some of those reasons being yes, absolutely racist.
The biggest threat is heroin, and it's taking quite a nice bite out of the millennial population right now. That's where law enforcement needs to focus efforts. Closing the borders would help in a big way in terms of cutting levels of the drug smuggled into the US and making a dent in this threat to young people. But that would be 'waycist'. Just ask the media, SJWs, and certain lobbies who wish to replace the founding population of the US with more easily controlled peoples who don't pose a threat. They want to follow the Latin American model of rule. Let the people believe they're having a revolution every so often and let them think there has been change at the top, while actually keeping control forever.

His mugshot man, he looks 60 already. This is what happens when you give someone fame, fortune and riches from a young age. His whole life he has probably been told how wonderful he is. Well now we can all see what a horrible human being he is.
How the hell did he get arrested on Jupiter?
Is that worse than putting under the influence?
Tiger needs Hair Club for Men.
this is incorrect on several levels.
1. The VAST majority of opiate addictions begin with prescription opiates.
2. SOME addicts turn to heroin as it is generally cheaper.
3. The biggest current danger is FENTANYL, a synthetic opiate much stronger than heroin placed in varying amounts in street heroin. 92 percent of overdose deaths in my state now include fentanyl.
Sorry the facts don't fit the Twumpy's wittle wall idea

So let me get this straight. Espn character assassinates the guy because he got a dui with not all the facts out yet but we are apologist for a highly opinionated dyke who got a Dwi (Wambach). I'm confused by the hypocrisy. This society picks and chooses who they want to destroy.
There is no more money to be made in supporting Tiger.
wTF are you trying to say? Drug addiction in a country of 300m is the fault of Donald trump who's has been a politician for 150 days or so? What?
