LOL
the national poll gives an indication of how the alantic is viewed...the sunyac is slip slidding away....
Meets From Today, that will mean absolutely nothing end of this month:
HIGHLANDER SHORT COURSE
TCNJ puts 6 ahead of RIT's 3rd, although the Swedish wonder didn't run.

RAMAPO COLLEGE SEASON OPENER
Hernandez wins, looks like a full squad for Ramapo easily taking the W.
https://www.directathletics.com/results/xc/11355.html#87608
BROCKPORT INVITE
Genny trots out freshman and sophomores and wins handily.

STOCKTON INVITE
Rowan dominates, despite holding out a lot of their top guys.

VASSAR SEASON OPENER
NYU runs a 'C' squad and wins handily.
Does anyone have results/thoughts on Westminster Fisher Invite from last night? A handful of good D3 Atlantic teams were there
^ Fredonia loses home meet lol
https://xc.tfrrs.org/results/xc/12057.html^ Oneonta over Oswego. Looks like McCarthy is back
RIT is trash.
CZAJKAAA
RPI wins easily. The O'Connor twins jog and finish with their pack.
https://xc.tfrrs.org/results/xc/11954.htmlOneonta wins on a short course??? No way 3 SUNY Delhi kids are that good.
https://xc.tfrrs.org/results/xc/11965.htmlBunch of irrelevant AR teams in action at the SUNY Purchase Invite
https://xc.tfrrs.org/results/xc/12406.htmlSLU wins easily on a hard course from what I've heard from a friend who was there.
https://xc.tfrrs.org/results/xc/12274.htmlNYU runs some guys in a 5 mile race.
RPI packing it up with the homies looking goooooood
The Hamilton course was easily short, although those Delhi kids are actually good believe it or not. But still, everyone ran times similar to what they run a 5k on the track
29:16 1-5 avg takes on Purchase invite, most prestigious on the east coast
SLU actually looked okay at Potsdam, maybe Sidi will race well this season
I wonder how short that Hamilton course was. Probably 2.9, 3.0?
Both RPI and TCNJ are clearly the 2 and 3 teams in the region right now. After that, I'd say that its pretty open after that. In my years follow D3 XC and specifically the Atlantic region, it seems that SLU always seems to pull it together in the later half of the season.

Honorable mention: Brockport and RIT
How can RPI be 2 and Vassar be 9. Only 9 sec per man separated the two teams on Saturday. The O'Connor's did not look great, but still, 9 seconds doesn't separate 2 and 9 in the region!
Vassar is good, and under-rated.
The fact that someone has Houghton in their T20..

If you think that Grant O'Connor was running all out at that meet you're a certified moran... 3rd in the country over 10k means you don't give two shits about early season meets. In a real race there would be 40 people between him and Vassar's #1
