When his coach was saying he wouls be a gold medalist in Tokyo, I took it with a grain of salt. But in Doha he had an insane turn of speed in the last 100m to win in a 7:28. Then in Eugene he has another great last 100m to win in a 3:49. Both of those kicks looked almost effortless for him, exspecially the mile, where he didn't even look tired. In 2014 he ran a 3:28, but came third in that race and then dissapeared in 2015. In 2016 he beat Kiprop in a slow Monaco race, then he fell at the Olympics. Now in 2017 he is currently the best Mid Distance runner so far this season, and is obviously in much better shape than he was in those past 3 years. What do you think he can do. I think he can is capible of a 3:26, a feat only 3 men: El Guerrioj, Lagat, and Kiprop have ever accomplished. I think he gets the pacers at monaco to run through 800m in 1:50 and he makes it to 1200 in 2:45 high, he can do break the WR.
