In the end it doesn't matter, and everyone saying he should be given a break should be happy: he was just advanced on to the next round without having to run.
So why not from now on just forget your uniform, not race, throw a fit, and be advanced. It's utterly ridiculous. At some point personal responsibility matters. Unfortunately that's not the lesson that was taught here.
That's completely different. I change my stance from being mad at the official, 10/10 for rojo.
I'd be pissed if I were his coach. Coaches- Always bring extra uniforms just in case.
