I haven't read this thread jus the first post. But this is real simple.

Let's see the evidence. How do you raise your levels that quickly without taking more than 50 ml?
Lock him up already this is getting boring now.
This web site is the worst thing that's ever happened to athletics.

Thank you for posting.
This would have to be proved beyond reasonable doubt.
Given what we have seen in released docs its all purely assumptive.

The burden is on YOU to prove they cheated, buddy.
You want to make claims that they CHEATED? And you've got no smoking gun evidence?
How can we know for sure that you and your bro didn't cheat? I mean, I read your guys' story about how you were frustrated with your 10k times and the recurring injuries, and then you spent some time to think about how to go about it in a smarter way and wanted to "do it right" and change the way you train, and I was inspired by weldon's times in the 10k. However, when it occurred, it was a suspiciously significant improvement to go to 28 min range for 10k from being a chronically injured also-ran. In such a short amount of time...
Its not a lie if you believe it...
The standard for a doping arbitration is "Comfortable Satisfaction" not "Beyond a reaonsable doubt"

Wrong. I don't like Nike, and never wear their shoes.

Arbitration is not to be confused with actual law. Athletes agree to arbitration when they decide to compete in WADA controlled events.
The Court of Arbitration for Sport runs the process. The rules are:

People often shill for those they do not like. Shills are like lawyers.
I'm well aware.

Dr. Brown's office altered the records it gave to USADA.
I can't believe they haven't charged him for that and L-Carnitine injections. I guess the question is do they then charge the athletes who got them and presumably were being told what they were doing was legal? Best case for USADA would get Ritz to admit he broke the rules without knowledge, makes the case stronger if one admits it but circumstantial evidence in that report is very strong assuming it's accurate.
Ritz presumably then could file suit against Dr. Brown and Nike.
Yes, it appears so.
I think the answer is that surely Dr. Brown would ignore the hearing and would be banned as an Athlete Support Personnel. Which wouldn't hurt him at all, but would prevent athletes from working with him in the future.
It would also totally eliminate any possibility of leverage and/or cooperation in receiving any assistance or records to further go after Salazar and/or the non cooperating athletes. Which looks pretty unlikely anyway.

the time elapsed for the infusions indicates a far larger dose than allowed. How can it be otherwise?
This is also stated in the NY Times article where it states that administering an infusion of less than 50mL "continuously and uniformly over a one hour period is a practical impossibility."
I've talked to a sibling that is a nurse, and she indicated that it is not uncommon for an I.V. to uniformly and consistently administer 50mL or less over an hour in a hospital setting.
I've seen some other things that do seem to suggest the dosages were over 50mL, but you shouldn't take everything in these reports as gospel truth.

The only thing is is "liable" to happen is NOP going DOWN.
Not possible. IAAF would never let that happen.
It should be obvious by now that IAAF/USATF is okay with doping.
