Reason # 13 why I would be bummed if LetsRun went away. Never would have known about this event. Live stream looks great & commentary more than serviceable. Saves me from watching some lame golf tournament later this afternoon. Thx guys.

This was amazing. I got a screenshot. This is on the backstretch -- he started with about 250m to go and did it for about 200m before he ran out of fans to high-five on the homestretch.
This meet is so cool. The 10,000 is objectively one of the most boring track events (and I say this as a former 10k runner) but there are a ton of people at this meet and they're into it. Unique event+beer = great success.

Beth Potter wins women's race in 32:04. Steph Twell was 2nd and barely missed the World Champs standard of 32:15.00 -- she ran 32:15 or 32:16 but didn't get under 32:15.
