I was hoping for this to be a classic letsrun post. After-all 3 pages on runners world had to have something. I was getting discouraged and about to move on and then this happened. Thank you letsrun.

Well it certainly sounds like you know more about what the average woman wants out of RW than our editorial board. Please send your resume to me so that I can hire you and watch sales skyrocket.

As you probably know, most of us on the LR message board are well into six figures, so it's going to take a pretty substantial sum to pull me away from my current gig. What can you offer?
An old lazyboy chair in mom's basement. I'll be a gentleman and take the folding chair.
You're running RW out of your mom's basement? Very interesting. What happened to your dad? Broken home?
In terms of office furniture, I don't like Lazyboy chairs. As I said previously, I have a compact body, and I find that when I use the recliner function, I fall into the gap between the back and the bottom of the chair. So, I'll take the folding chair. Maybe we can share. I'll sit on your lap while I type.
On to substance:
I think we should do our first story on using menstrual cups while running. How is one to decide on the right size and firmness? I'll admit that I'm still in the learning phase on this one. Sometimes I get leakage, and I wonder if it's the jostling around causing the blood to leak through the air holes at the top, or if my pelvic muscles are sufficiently strong that they're crushing the sides of the cup while I move. This is the kind of nuts and bolts stuff that could be very helpful to other women. Also, menstrual cups are increasingly popular with younger, environmentally-conscious generations.
