geesuzfreakinchrist asiacsman. No one knows what is in the future for you, furthermore, no one knows exactly what the injury is. How can we? The clicking and popping could be normal (the ligaments, cartilage and bones aligning in the groove) or it could be a sign that cartilage is catching and tearing, which means trouble down the road. No one knows. A good start would be to see a doctor. You are not going to get the answers here.
When you no longer feel compelled to write about it here(would you believe I've been battling a similar/same injury), then we will know you were cured!
Does it hurt when you run? This is usually key in determining when it is healed.
