The title pretty much covers it. I ran one Cross Country race in the fall then got surgery in early November and have probably run 100 total miles since then. So the mileage has been pretty inconsistent but have run the past 9 days in a row, trying to prep for this race.
It's not a very strong 5k, and it usually takes about 16:00 to win. I think if I hadn't gained so much weight I'd be fine but I'm pretty sure I still have a chance. Thoughts?
