I've said it before and I'll say it again here. Ritz should just race his ass off and forget about all the training leading up to a particular race. That usually means bad things for him injury-wise. Get a new sponsorship and just race where ever the big event is that weekend. Go Ritz! Keep on racing'!

I think Ritz needs to be done with the marathon. Half-marathon is a better event for him. He should focus on getting into some big HM races and relieving Ryan Hall of his AR. And cross-country.

Then pay the pittance with their Nike millions. USATF is supposed to be ALL about promoting & advancing the sport. They are not Flotrack.

His contract expired and was not renewed. Ritz being a professional didn't go out and bad mouth Nike like some of the females that had the same situation. His explanation was simple, it's just the cycle of life as a proffesional athlete,you move on.
If he can keep his worn body together he can pick up some pretty good change racing US championships and not have to race marathons or non paying track stuff.

Because I found the course he ran on to be way short on remeasurment for records purposes. The current one is fine.
