Kipchoge was a great track runner, maybe worth 26:30ish in his prime. I know he never ran that fast.
Now at age 32 Kipchoge runs a marathon which is roughly equivalent to a 26 flat 10000m. All the pacers in the world could not have helped Kipchoge run nearly that fast for 10000m in his prime. How else can one explain this?

Imagine if he weren't really 4 years older than what he claims. He would have broken 2 hours. And yes, like a lot of top E. Africans, he's been doping for years, reaping the benefits of being able to train longer and harder while using drugs. -

Please elucidate... -
from what I hear, he ran behind a car the whole time. Not allowed.

well how is kim collins running p.b's at 40 .
in an event where speed supposed to go at earlier age.
a ped that defies aging and untold speed ,
a super charged nervous system .
This deception goes right to heart of track at moment
and to some other sports .
but they have such control over tis peptides use and control over narrative
in public domain that dont even know about it . but times dont lie.
and this is just the speed aspect of marathon
endurance side know self , what was in drinks too
still dont think new parr delta ped here just yet . -

And 6 pacers.
It would be hard to drive a car around a 400 meter track with 6 pacers between the car and runner. -
when marathon times went down initially by approx 2 minutes
was due to gw501516 but only short lived as banned
then with this speed peptide gaining similar time over distance
not being factored into times ,
also have mildronate alpha/ meldronium alternative that enhances peptide
epo never got these times . -

Absolutely they would. Pacing like that would be worth WAY more, percentage wise, in a 10k than in a marathon. Rupp could go sub 26 easily with a pacing phalanx like that.
Same thing for 5k. Bekele with that kind of pacing would be looking to challenge 12:20. -

No....Galen CANNOT run faster than 13:10 these days. How is he going to run faster than his current ability for 5000m back to back? No chance. -

Speed doesn't always go at an early age. There was one who could run 10.0 at 57 though not in meets and he was clean and never ran profesh never made a nickle from it. Likely right are you for many cases Mr. Duck but not in all cases. The duck flies high and sees much but the goose flies higher, travels farther and sees much more. -
i refuse to believe kipchoge is 32

Not now lol.
I agree Galen wouldn't go under 13:10 now.
But you said "all the pacers in the world couldn't have helped Kipchoge go that fast (sub 26) for 10k in his prime.
I was contending that Kipchoge absolutely would, and even a prime Rupp could likely go sub 26 with the pacing setup we saw today. This is namely because the benefit of drafting increases with speed. In fact the effect of drag increases with the cube of speed, so each extra mph adds a very significant amount of wind resistance. -

This is key, he had 100% pace making unlike most major marathons that have 50-55% pacemaking. The car probably created another slipstream element as well. The track was super flat n fast. Nonetheless, it was bloody fast time. -
lots of runners dope
Kipchoge is better than them all
ergo Kipchoge must be doping -
Kipchoge is 40 yrs old. Seriously. Ask any Kenyan.
-
I think you don't know what *KNOW* means.
-
It literally doesn't matter because either way this time counts for absolutely nothing. Just a nike publicity stunt. Kipchoge is a 2:03 marathoner until he runs a legit time faster than that. If you say he's a 2:00 marathoner, you're a moron.

Question - Did he cover 26.2 miles in 2:00? -
