My splits were: 70, 77, 75, and 64.
My main issue, in my opinion, is a lack of ability to run my own race. I came in 2nd to a 4:20 miler, and kind of just stuck with the field then dropped them all in the last lap. My coach was saying he now wants me to break 4:40 at state, which I qualified for because I'm in a relatively weak state (I have 5 more races before this), and I was wondering if that goal was possible.
