Bruce Jenner ran 10.7 for 100m. His 4:12 for 1500 is probably closer to 14:50-1500 range but trying to prop the guy up, he's been through a lot.

4:12 1500m is not worth that or anything near it. More like 15:30-16:00 for someone who doesn't weigh 230.
Brandan McBride for sure
Farah could do it
Joe Vigil says a good 800m runner can break 11 in the 100m.
So I'd imagine many good 800m runners could do this—likely hundreds of people are able to do it as I'm writing this.

If Joe Vigil actaully said that, then he's full of it. Nor could those 800 runners run 14:30.

This thread is a great list of guys who can do neither, rather than both.

I'm sure you're joking, but let's post the video of Mo's 100 time anyway
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KJMIwlQB-2812.97!
Said Aouita, Nourredine Morcelli or Khalid Skah (probably not him)?
Aouita:
800m 1:43.86 Köln (GER) 21.08.1988
5000m 12:58.39 Roma (ITA) 22.07.1987
Morcelli:
800m 1:44.79 Annaba (ALG) 29.07.1991
5000m 13:03.85 Zürich (SUI) 17.08.1994
Skah:
1500m 3:38.10 Stockholm (SWE) 02.07.1992
5000m 13:00.54 Villeneuve d'Ascq (FRA) 08.07.1994
Cruz was probably the only one capable of such a feet. Maybe André Bucher or Borzakovskiy.
Many 400/800 runners could do this. I train with a 1:46.9 guy who smashes a 10.80 guy in our squad off a standing start for power and top speed, he also has the record for our 3.6km xc loop , we have multiple sub 14.30 guys. Not a guarantee, but he'd definitely be close to both targets. Rudisha would easily break 14min, likely that he'd need to tidy up his starts for 10.70, but he definitely has the speed.
Roomate is probably right.
10.70 FAT is seriously fast. It needs to come from a sprinter in my opinion.
Even for a 800m runner it could be a struggle.
Adam KSZCZOT - 22.23 200m 1.43 800m so don't think he can do 10.7
Hypothetically, Ashton eaton has the potential for it ? With a PR at 10.21 he could afford to lose of bit of speed with a trade off of having more endurance?
Wake Forrest had a guy a few years back Nathan Sisco who I think did it. Was like a 14:15 5k runner and ran inside that for the 100m.

Ashton Eaton is one of the worst shouts on this thread. I'll forgive the idiots that think any 800m guy who has run 1:43 can run a 10.7, that's ignorance about sprinting.
But what you just said, is that a guy who holds a best of 4:15 for 1500m, could potentially run a 4:20 1500m over 3 times back to back with no recovery.
Just wow letsrun. Wow.
I strongly lean towards the notion that nobody has ever existed that can have the explosive speed to run 10.7 and the remarkable endurance for 14:30 at the same time. That person would have incredible middle distance prowess and a very fast 400m.
Even Rudisha, just does not have the power to run a 10.7. He can't kick anything like other 800m runners, such as Amos. He doesn't shoot out of the blocks in the 400s he has done, more smoothly accelerates up to speed. Rudisha would suck at 100m.
Amos could probably break 10.7, I wouldn't be surprised to see him break it. His 4x400m leg of 44.1 showed his raw speed and acceleration (could have been faster without the traffic). But there is no way he is running 14:30. Just no way.
I've run 10.80 and now coach middle distance, you are severely over estimating 10.70 and severely underestimating the speed of 800m athletes.
Emanuel Korir could definitely do it, as could Globy Dube in his prime.
I believe Amos could too.
You need to look for guys with shorter levers, so most likely ruling out Kipketer and Rudisha.
Wait, I am not saying that Ashton Eaton could do it now. He would have to train for it. But hypothetically he has a wide range. He could just train for 5K for 1 year and not loose a lot of speed.
I am not convinced that Rudisha or Amor could break 10.70 FAT. Sub 11 yes but 10.70 is another world. there is a real need to have some explosive start that a 800m do not have.
Eaton wouldn't break 15:30 let alone 14:30 no matter how many miles he runs

Why so sure about that?
André Bucher has run 46.32 and 14:06.67.
Harald Schmid has run sub 11 in 8 seasons with a best of 10.3 (age 21) and a best electronic time of 10.72 (age 27). He has run the 800m in sub 1:45 several times.
Yuri Borzakovski has run 45.84 and 3:41.53.
Joaquim Cruz has run 10.86 and 3:34.63.
I don't say some of them could have done it, but at least it seems possible for me.
I enjoy these hypothetical discussions - re Amos, he has run a 21.34 200m and an 8:33.93 3k

Seems pretty close to 10.7 speed, but not sure what he'd do in a 5k?
Define at the same time? During the same season?
What about the most recent man of the moment Emmanuel Korir? 44 mid 400 speed puts awfully him close to 10.70 - maybe with a bit sprint work, starting drills etc.
Then a couple of weeks of distance work and - just looking at him - he could do sub 14.30 no problem.
