What is the world standard for the mens' 1500m.?
Has Krum hit the standard?
Has anyone else hit the standard?
How will this affect the USATF indoor? With no rabbit, unless Lassiter runs, will anyone take the race out hard enough for the leaders to hit the world mark?
I think that the standard is 3:41. If this is the case then Krum and Lunn are the only US runners to hit the mark. I understand that the worlds do accept mile conversions.
I don't think that Lassiter has qualified for USATF as of this point. He may be invited if he doesn't hit the mark. If the race is a sit-N-kick, Lunn will go to worlds even if he comes in last.
