If Cas is sponsored by Brooks, but not allowed in Beasts, then I don't see any alternative but to return to Penn State. Problem is that Cas (and Danny) have been unable to show up for outdoors like he can do indoors and that will only be exacerbated by a college program.
I agree that Danny may be a little green, but he is learning about coaching professionals. All of them want the same amount of support, attention, opportunity, and money as other professionals who are better. And in a poorer club such as NYNJ, Furman Elite, Zap, etc, it is really hard to find members who are hungry enough.
I wonder if the change will help? Riley Masters to Wetmore appears to not pay as well (he is unattached), but I bet Riley has beat year as a pro and it is not because Wetmore is better X's and O's, but because the culture in the group is so highly tuned (credit to Wetmore on this for sure).
For example, Wetmore has never taken on an athlete who didn't already have the Olympic standard. Danny's group has a bunch of athletes who were 5th at the NCAA meet.
