So Cas got dropped by Brooks, but Danny is still coaching him? How does that work? There must be a weird twist to this story.

Not sure whether to be flattered or alarmed that my post was close enough to the nerve enough to be confused with a Nike smear. I have no personal stake in this episode, but isn't it funny how nobody ever seemed to emerge or step up with the actual story after days on the boards? T&F runs circles around itself once again.

I have no idea if the affair stuff is true, but Cas, Brooks, and the track press machine are missing a real chance here by burying any narrative or drama or fan interest. When a big race comes around once a year they'll clamor for attention and then wonder why no one cares. No one cares because you can't build a fan base with one race per year.
Cas listed as racing the 1500 & 400 at Payton Jordan this weekend. Surely someone will get an interview with him there

The guy completely sucked last night in Portland, even at his specialty, the 600m. Not only is it embarrassing enough to get beat by jock and abda, but to rig like he did...yikes...that was bad. 48/30 splits maybe? I haven't seen them.
