Wow. Someone needs to get it together. Particularly after you miss 2 tests, you better be hyper aware of your whereabouts information... hire someone to fill it out for you if you need to.

Love it.

Wrangler,
She is and was already hyper aware. This is active avoidance, pure and simple, deserving of the ban and the accompanying exodus of sponsorship $$. Three violations should actually be grounds for pulling her medal too, truthfully. It's not grey. It's black and white. Simple, and without exception. State your location, be available, if not, see ya later, cheater.
So USADA expects her to come back through security as she is about to board an airline flight, to take a drug test? Looks like the USADA testers were the ones on drugs (crack, pot? Hey, put those two together and you get crackpot!)
Testing an athlete after they pass through security at an airport is ridiculous.
She knew they were there and looking for her. As an athlete in the whereabouts program I'm shocked by how unaware people are here if how the system works. Yes, half the time they take blood. Yes, a nurse is there. Yes, they call you if you aren't where you are supposed to be and give you a short amount of time to report. You have to be an idiot to miss. You can literally text your change of plans to Usada as you are changing them. People think the system is an imposition but it's the easiest ever.

Isn't your Mom calling from upstairs with Dinner. You need to eat, your blood sugar is low, impairing your cognitive process.

You are an idiot. Plain and simple.
For anyone interested, check out this video of UFC fighter Connor McGregor being tested by a USADA DCO. I believe they only collect urine but it goes to show you just how thorough the USADA process is. Watch until the end and listen to what Connor says about the USADA testing process vs when he's been tested by others.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fKBVj9XZxqkThis is too easy. It is obvious she knew that testing at the mentioned times would trigger an adverse finding.
There is a lot of disinformation all around in this thread. Our recap is here:
A lot of people are off on the timing.
1) The plane test, the one she disputed was her first missed test. That was the one before the Olympics. She didn't dispute it until she got the other 2 missed test to give her 3. The other 2 came two weeks apart after the Olympics when she was on her victory celebrations (going to White House and a day in her honor).
2) My reading of events was she was contacted before going through security on the airport test. She was on the shuttle at the airport in one of her texts and told the tester she didn't have to pee.
another igf-1 lr3 user ,
definitely helps the hurdles the most ,
gets them legs cycling far beyond natural
aint going to test that , so got to be testosterone and steroid profile
that was worried about .
Besides the "missed" test in the airport, the other two tests missed by Ms. Rollins were for the following reasons:
1. She was meeting with President Obama in the White House.
2. She was celebrating "Brianna Rollins Day" in Florida, as the guest of honor (obviously.)
USADA looks pretty bad here, will take a big PR hit from this obvious incompetence.

A couple of things being overlooked here are:
1. Every athlete is responsible to be in their 60-min time slot. That is the one hour of the day where they are required to be where they say they are for testing purposes.
2. We aren't talking about a new professional fresh out of college. we are referring to the 2013 World Champion. She knew exactly what she was doing. She got paid more than enough from last year, and just like a previous post mentioned, any deduction she takes from a whereabouts failure is nothing compared to a failed test. That also effects future competition with meet directors.
Yeah, we all know that drug cheats meet with the President of the United States, at an official event honoring US Olympic athletes, as cover for their doping and to avoid the testers.
LOL!!!

She's smart, and so is her agent. 12 months is a lot worse than the 4 years she would have gotten if she allowed herself to be tested on any of those 3 days
No, she's a diva who's dumb as a rock and thinks she's above the rules.
Since Americans don't dope she certainly wasn't trying to avoid the tests intentionally, she's just immature.

You think Lance ducked into the White House restroom first and shot a dose of EPO?
LOL!!!
Your grasp of logic is feeble. Either that or you are a lawyer.

No she isn't and neither are you. You think she's injecting in middle and late September when she isn't training at all? Or two days before a competition?
No sympathy here. If you are an international athlete your daily schedule should look like this
1. WHEREABOUT SYSTEM UPDATES
2. Training
3. other stuff
If you forget to eat tomorrow you will survive. If you forget to train tomorrow, it probably won't make a big difference. If you forget to update your whereabouts you are toast.

Your mental disabilities. Like your inability to read. Like your inability to understand the USADA testers chose three of the absolute worse times to try to test her. If USADA wasn't such a fine, upstanding organization, I would think they were purposely targeting Brianna Rollins, purposely choosing bad times to test her knowing she wouldn't be available, such as during a visit to the White House, after she clears security at LAX to board a flight to a major competition or when she is a guest of honor at a public event.
