BK right there!! I think he just may run him down. We got a barnburner here!
Is the announcer yamayuchi crazy? The leader doesn't look comfortable and will be caught in my opinion and I've been watching for ten minutes on a phone.
Who could have predicted we would get outstanding Kenyan and Ethiopian performances in both races!?
Well, I think that's why. The leader's last mile was 5 stinkin minutes. Bekele was just keeping pace.

seriously, wtf is that guy doing?
Gap down to 4s.
Bekele is about 6 seconds down on Daniel Wanjiru at 23 miles. He was 4th at 35k and looked beaten (15s off the lead). Should be a great final 3 miles. Can Wanjiru hold him off?
Down to five

Try watching cycling...the moto's there are constantly a nuisance.

What's Bekele doing waving to the crowd?

Yes, kind of. But the gap was never quite as big I don't think as it is this year. In this race I think it got out to 20+ seconds.
Bekele is looking to take this - what a comeback if so.
It would however be wonderful if an Adidas guy took the thunder from the butt ugly "magic shoe" from Nike.
2:25:38 from Laura Thweat - Nice!
Yeah. Kenny is breaking that spirit. Wanjiru isn't Kipchoge either. He doesn't want this coming down to a sprint
Looks like the gap has stopped shrinking for a while.
Can't tell if Bekele is waving or trying to stretch his arms haha
Jakob Ingebrigtsen has a 1989 Ferrari 348 GTB and he's just put in paperwork to upgrade it
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
Strava thinks the London Marathon times improved 12 minutes last year thanks to supershoes
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
