She had all rights to be angry. After loosing the 100m, the 200m should have been her gold. SHE WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO LOOSE.
All that MARKETING AND HYPE went down the drain.( VOGUE GOLD COVER-laughable)
When will people learn that "certain events" will only be dominated by "certain people".
However, interestingly, after running her ass off in that 200m, she was able to run the relay heats the following morning. Horse Tonic?????
Miller's case is another story. Notice she was stuck to the ground for a long time..........
Yeah, coming back after a 200 is so tough that ...every sprinter seems able to do it. Have you ever run at all?

When has it not been like the WWF??
Sprinting? Before 1940 might be 100% legit?
Distance running? Before 1968 100% legit?
http://www.cbc.ca/news/health/tricks-of-the-trade-how-athletes-blood-dope-1.1207744I am pointing out the obvious. Sprint events as the W100m has been dominated by women of African descent. The last non Afro to win a 100m Global WC/Olympic Title was Nesternko( one hit wonder).
That 200m race in Beijing was dirty. Since when are people running 21.63/21.66. Check their progress report.
I run 5 times a week and I also use PEDs to enhance my performance. So I pretty much have a grasp on this topic.
She ran a terrible 200m race in Rio. Came off the corner too hard and over stride towards the end. Then less than 12 hours she is in the relays. Some quick recovery.

All of the 100 and 200 meter WC and Olympic races were dirty for the last 50 years. What's your point again?
The girl was a multi events athlete for years!! She had to train to throw a freaking concrete ball as far as she can. So her having muscles from years of training for the shotput or stamina to run 300 meters over 12 hrs when she trained for the 800 meters for years is not unusual you crazy man. She just published her own cook book with mostly healthy meals so her eating healthy and years of weight lifting to get a great body seems very normal other than she's a sprinter so she must be dirty. The only evidence that she is dirty is she is a white sprinter. Now if that's not some racist crap I don't know what is!

Naw, you're just angry that women who are clean are way faster than you on roids, u dumb lying douche
Looks like Elaine Thompson topped her again with a 10.75 later that evening.
The thing that Dafne needs to work on is more thrust from her start. She is much heavier than Thompson and what separates them is that Thompson is much lighter. During the drive phase she's able to get out more freely. Since Dafne can't become lighter she has to get that advantage by using her power more out of the blocks. A modified power start would be her best bet

Can you specify more? I'm curious about what you're suggesting changes in her block setup.

Most sprinters are taught to step out of the blocks and put more emphasis on their penultimate landing steps and drive off the track. With a power start, like Ben Johnson used to use, the emphasis is on thrust from the block itself. Using more power to push out, even at the expense of a consistent first three strides.
Dafne is a very strong girl, if she used this start with more control that Johnson used to use, she could make uip the .10 she is losing to someone like Thompson. She has to tighten up her block distance and make it very uncomfortable in the set position. Then explode out, but with control. Do set block jump drills into a sand pit. Jump was far as possible out of the set position. This increases memory to catapult out of the blocks. Then place her three step pattern out further depending on where she is landing.
Tori Bowie also ran a 10.80, albeit with +3.3 wind. But that's two girls ahead of her now.

Open your eyes and look at her.
Look at what? She's white or muscular? She's only been training for strength events since she's 16 and she always been fast.
Always fast????.
I wonder by which metric as she ran her PB in the Finals of the 100m @Beijing 2015.
Co- incidentally this was the year her pb dropped consecutively.
More reasons to become suspicious.
Yes always fast. She just ran a time only .24 faster than she ran 6 years ago as a 19 yr old. How is that some "must be on drugs" type of time. She ran that time while focusing on multi-events much less purely on speed. Her time dipped in 2015 cause she focused purely on sprinting and not the shot put, high jump and the 800.

I wish Dafne would crush me.
(It gets lonely here behind the counter of Mini-mart 20 hours a day.)

How did we get to the bottom of page two of a thread on Daphne Shippers, not to even mention a thread that includes a discussion of how she looks, without the obvious and obligatory post of that great question of life??
Cmon, guys. Wake up. What's the problem? Too many jelly beans this weekend?
Ok, I've given you one slow and straight across the plate. Who's going to hit it?

She likes to cook so she could be my cook and maid. That's about it, nothing more than that, she is way too chunky for me.
