No. When someone starts talking about challenging and breaking the WR this early you know they are full of it and most likely NOT on PEDs and will not challenge the WR. The PED users keep quiet and all of a sudden out of nowhere run amazing times and win world class championships. And everyone is shocked.
For instance, if Kiprop broke the WR this year nobody would care because he's the GOAT and been close before. If he broke the WR 8-9 years ago everyone would say he's doped to the gills.
