It only occurs if the testing laboratory makes a mistake (intentionally or unintentionally) on the B-sample.

A little diversion, perhaps? Something to take everyone's minds off the Jamaican clenbuterol results. The puppet masters are up to their old tricks. Don't look at the man behind the curtain!

Wait a minute. Ethiopian and Kenyan runners, like others in their countries, are extremely likely to be religious, as are Moroccans. That is clearly no major hurdle to doping. This has nothing to do with secularism. It is about ca$h and fame. As for European runners, they have allowed themselves to be mentally defeated by the idea of African superiority so that most don't compete and don't believe they can compete. If it turns out at that African superiority has been based largely on cheating, more's the pity. But Americans are performing better than in the 1980s and with good results in Rio when the Kenyan men were mysteriously hors de combat for the most part, but largely on the outside and dominated, despite having many guys at low 13 and quite a few sub 13, and other comparable times. On the circuit, seven Kenyans and a few others might beat all the Americans, if the Americans are even in the race, but then sometimes at the Championships where drug testing may actually take place and occasionally be publicized, we're a lot closer.
well, well, well, Italian managers, doctors and coaches the most honest people I know. This is a fake news.
EPO IS NOT working on Eastern Africans - they are immune on it.
The truth WILL come sooner or latter.
Heil to all those a$$holes talking of natural born killers (runners) from that part of the world.
I WOULD believe in that that I don't know about Italian involvement down there. When I found that fact for me story ended. So just send regularly down there Swiss or German (Heil) testers and dirty dopers will have a lot of problems just LIKE in Rio - what were all those explanations for seriously under performing athletes...
Pathetic dirty scumbags - all of them from first to the last one. Just like Ruskies. They should be banned for 5 years from all competitions.
Trained with H Rono in Boulder in 1983.
He told me that he wasn't even the best runner in his region growing up, but (with a smile) that there are a bunch of runners who were beginning to 'understand the Western Ways'.
After that, no records even made sense anymore.

Canova, like trollrunner, will use this as evidence that EPO doesn't help Africans. Obviously. Because she was clean last year and before that, and now started doping because of her weak mind, yet didn't improve at all.
You are doing Canova a disservice with this.
His claim, summarized, was Kenyans are biologically/genetically distinct such that the EPO doesn't work. As if their bodies function differently than other humans.
We're supposed to believe he's got some Midas touch and posts b.s. like that. Just amazing.
i always have to laugh when everyone says african dominance in running is down to genetics, training or other shit. Instead nearly noone does good tests, doping is everywhere and the poor people there have nothing to lose

It is true that there is a direct line from the Italian coaches in the 1990s bringing the "technology" over from cycling. The time drops in the mid-90s (Komen and Haile G and a bunch of others) were incredible. I cannot believe that we routinely see 2:04s and 2:05s over the last 10 years.
And the whole time Rosa has been there. In fact, lets point out, Kennedy was training with Rosa's group in London in the late '90's when he ran under 13:00. Its not just africans. Anyone even remotely aligned with Rosa has been, at one time or another, under suspicion, and rightly so.
Anyone want to do a 20 year google search for the all the insane records posted by athletes associated with the Rosa family?
I do not believe Kennedy had anything to do with Rosa. It was all Kim's group in Teddington.
The process to get to a clean sport will take much more time, but every big bust gets a little closer. Lifetime bans make sense along with testing of top finishers in all major marathon, road, and even trail races.

If that were true, there'd be no reason for a B sample at all. But it isn't.
In fact, A samples are never conclusive, not that B samples are much better.
She is also a heel striker so it's impossible for her to be world class anyway.
I'm just wondering about the hobby joggers/weekend warriors. They go untested. Are they doping too? Thoughts?
May explain all the fast Kenyan females with the crazy arm swings as well.
No, not the hobby joggers.
But at usatf masters nationals 10k xc this year in Tallahassee it was just so ridiculously apparent who was using.
We're talking 50 to 60 year old men.
O yes, I forget about African Queen - Dibabe - she is clean of course, EPO is not working on such a strong mind I suppose.
All progress of those "athletes" or should I call them Androids are statistically OK - nothing strange?
I think some guys here will need to revised they statistic a lot and include a variable "all dopers until prove innocent" for all 100 fastest marathoners on planet - or it was 107 as mentioned a just a few days ago - some jerk just jerked off on that fact here. Well my friend jerk off now - but he is right they are not tested positive so they are actually the best.
Heil to them.
Does this mean the Belarusian Mazurenok will have missed a bronze by one second?

Good thing epo doesn't work on kenyans.
This stinks! Btw, where's that Renato fellow who says EPO is ineffective with Kenyan elites? ðŸ˜
Hahaha where is nativeson and El kenano?
I am here and I've just seen this horrible news.
I have no words. Very disturbing.
Do not mock her as she is my Aunt.
