In the team usa, quotes chelimo said he did his, race as a training run
Fu douche you flew all the way to Uganda to do a 2k training run. Thanks for nothing. When you put on a usa uniform you run all not not do training runs.

I don't know what race you were watching but Chelimo wasn't even running for the USA today. He is not on the team roster and is not in the results.

Can't tell which one of you is dumber. Let's call it even but agree that both of your IQs are well below 100.

Paul Chelimo, Anchor Leg
“I was trying to cover that move like crazy but it is what it is. Everybody tried [their] own best.
On if there was anything he would have changed...
“Just the starting and the finish. That’s all I would have changed.â€
On his performance...
For me, I just wanted to see how fast i could close the last 2k. It’s a training run. I want to get stronger. Everyone went out and did their best, nothing more you can do.â€

Oh, sorry - I thought we were talking about the races that mattered. Not the relay fun run.

This is a fantastic run by Tiernan, the best result of his young career I think. Put into context, he is the first non-afrincan born runner I believe, the second is Scott Fauble in 36th. Top running by the Aussie.
Let's do a White men and White women World XC analysis.
Senior Men 10k:
Patrick Tiernan from Australia was the top white man with a 13th place finish, 53 seconds behind 1st place (= 8.5 seconds PER MILE slower than KAM).
The top American white man was Scott Fauble in 36th, 1 minute and 56 seconds behind 1st place (=18.7 seconds PER MILE slower than KAM!)
Senior Women 10k:
The top white woman was Stephanie Bruce (USA) in 22nd place, 2 minutes and 45 seconds behind 1st place (= 26.6 seconds PER MILE slower!)
Junior Men 8k:
The top American white man was Paul Roberts in 33rd place, 2 minutes and 51 seconds behind 1st place ( = 34.2 seconds PER MILE slower!)
Junior Women 6k:
The top American white woman was Michelle Magnani in 37th place, 2 minutes and 58 seconds behind 1st place ( = 47.5 seconds PER MILE slower!)
Really???
Yes.
In conclusion:
American white men and American white women are REALLY SLOW and were a TOTAL JOKE at the World XC Championships.
DIG IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ha ha ha
Men Senior race
Anybody know what happened to Dunbar? I know somebody said he was sick but what exactly was wrong with him?
But those were not the best whites. If the best whites had gone, they would have given the Africans a run for their money no doubt!
No.
White men and White women can't jump.
White men and White women also can't run fast (especially sprinting LOL!!!)
Why does the United States even bother spending money to send some US runners over to Uganda to get absolutely obliterated. Every US runner would of been LAPPED at least once if these races had been on the track.
It was a PATHETIC performance by ALL OF THE TEAMS SENT BY THE USA.
How is this making America great again???
Answer:
It is not making America great again.
It was probably very PAINFUL for wejo and rojo (and their white employee from the IVY League) when they were watching the American runners get ABSOLUTELY OBLITERATED IN EVERY CATEGORY AT THE WORLD XC CHAMPIONSHIPS.
It was a complete DEBACLE for ALL THE TEAMS sent by the USA.
What a TOTAL JOKE.
Well, I thought it was sort of embarrassing for the white USA runners.
I am sorry about that.

Funny to see these guys coming from the cold countries like Denmark and cross the line sweating like pigs and suffering in the heat while all the local area people look like they just had a normal workout barely sweating
You sure? ;)

I enjoyed the races immensely. I was really only focused on the men's race from a team USA perspective. And we sent a killer men's team. And they went for it. And i praised them for it in my recap.
Everyone not named Rupp was here (if you count Chelimo being in the relay). I mean I guess Derrick is the only guy of note missing.
We had the 2-3-4-6 from the Trials 10k (Derrick was 5th). I'd love to see Rupp man up and try this race once in his career but don't think it will happen.
But who else should have been here? I guess if Chelimo runs we get the bronze. But the guys went for it. My entire adult life letsrunners have complained "Americans don't go for it in marathons." Today, two guys are in the top 6 after one lap and I come on here and people are still complaining.
My recap is here:
http://www.letsrun.com/news/2017/03/geoffrey-kamworor-defends-world-cross-country-crown-denies-host-uganda-fairy-tale-ending/You are WRONG again.

It was absolutely PATHETIC.
Hate to tell you but these weren't the best blacks either. Cross Country has been a "fun run" for years.
There is no excuse.
ALL of these US runners should be BANNED from representing the USA in ANY international races ever again in their entire lives.
This is the only good thing that can come out this for the USA.
Make America Great Again.
Americans, even recently minted American-Kenyans are too soft to handle the rigors of an event like World Cross. Going out at sub-60 400m pace in 80+ degrees at some altitude, on a hard, dusty, dirty surface, with hills, and obstacles, and a suffocating environment and the psychological aspect of being hundreds of meters behind the back of the second to third pack. It's a bit demoralizing. And you don't make up any ground. And you're redlining. And you're fading. And it's over and you pass out.
Good to see some fair dinkum Aussies out there having a go, no recently minted ring-ins for them.

So how were times so fast up front in all races?
