Try this: small POT (not skillet), cook on HIGH for 2 minutes COVERED, then turn off the stove, flip eggs, and re-cover. They will stay warm until the rest of your breakfast finishes without burning.
Enjoy.
Anyone who cooks already knows this. You must one self absorbed arrogant beatch. Next you'll be telling people that you discovered a treat in putting cream cheese on celery sticks.
First you sound arrogant not the OP.
I always cover my eggs from the start and don't bother flipping them. I use a small skillet. ( Its not a cover that fits tightly.)
Easy fast and come out perfect.
I put a dollop of refined coconut oil (no coconut flavor) in the pan first, then scramble the eggs. Mix cheese and chopped meats in 2/3 way through. Very rich and delicious.
Off topic, has anybody ever eaten plain ripple chips dipped in cottage cheese? One of life's greatest pleasures.
Hi!
I found How Long to Boil Eggs -

Maybe it will help someone!))
I am literally shaking. You started a thread about how to cook eggs but you flip your eggs? What that actual hell? I mean what kind of commie flips their eggs? Please now start a thread about how good steak is when you cook all of the pink out of it!

You need to let the steam escape and take away the mercury that is in all Chinese sourced chicken feed.
Oops. OP committed a microaggression and cooked his eggs wrong!

Yikess, she ain't cute no more!
Stick with pancakes, cereal, or perhaps liquid eggs, people.
I find cottage cheese a nice addition to an omlette. I learned that when I was in federal prison, among other things (wink, wink).
