Not so much.
It's not folks with bad lives trying to bring a good man down...
It's truly good folks showing Fraudy McFattyToucher and his sheep that he doesn't deserve to associate or be spoken of in the same breath as us.

Innocent until proven guilty wrote:It goes to credibility. Under Federal Rule of Evidence 609, a witness can be impeached with felony convictions or conviction of crimes involving false statements or dishonesty (subject to a balancing test for convictions over 10 years old). If his prior conviction is good enough for Federal court then it's certainly fair game here.
Too bad there is nothing in those Ohio court documents to say exactly what he did. Those documents are useless for anyone trying to hold the Justice system accountable. But I guess secret courts with secret National security letters are standard in America now.
That's just the public electronic docket. I'm sure there are more records available at the courthouse. And in some states lawyers and other members of the public can register to get access to more records online for a fee. Not sure about how it works in Ohio, but I'm confident there is more if someone really wants to dig.

Go to the Medina Ohio court dockets page and do a search for Kevin Kelly. He was convicted and sentenced to 6 months in prison. No dirty details though.
Yes. This is important. Someone needs to find out the gory details. How can we know exactly how fast of a marathoner he is if we don't know the details of his sex crime a decade ago?
Sorry, but the criminal record is relevant here in undermining his credibility to his legion of followers. He's effectively been busted of lying about his runs. We've found multiple marathons since 2013 with missed mats. He has ZERO data to back up any of his story and no explanation for how he got from place to place with clothes/food/shoes/iPad etc.
But he is not conceding. So it was time to up the ante. There are going to be many non runners who trust him and want to believe he's doing something good, amazing, and inspiring. They do not understanding how implausible his story really is. The criminal background is very unfortunate chink in his armor that non runners will quickly understand.
It's not relevant for me. I already know he is lying and that he was convicted of a crime. I've no need to get more details on the crime.
What are the odds that he comes clean and admits that he cheated? I think it will not happen. Although, it will be impossible for him to continue with his so called Digital Marketing with locked down accounts.

Please note from my guidebook how important it is to deny a story. That way, it will go away soon.

Kevin, Kevin, Kevin... name calling is so very beneath a good Christian such as yourself. Have you been hitting the bourbon again?

That actually read more like Rossi wrote it, but I suppose KP could be trying similar tactics.
That's right - everyone who points out your psycho behavior must be one of the cheaters. There's not middle ground of people with decency. Swarm! Swarm!

Your the one acting really crazy and far from any middle ground. Attacking and calling people names is not calm or neutral. It's clear you have issues. You sure get upset for a guy with no interest in a thread.
Yes, you're not your.
One step at a time brother! Destroy the cheater's life first and then you can work on me.

See, right there, I haven't posted anything about "the cheater" - and in your insane world you think I'd try to destroy your life. Wow. You know how crazy that sounds right? You need to take your meds buddy and make an appointment with your therapist for today. This has all gotten you far too worked up, especially considering you are a neutral observer with no personal interest. Far too worked up.
Soo I know the cheater here, he has paced me for a 2:30 half, I can for a fact say that he has never run any of the times that he claims he has. As for the 100 marathons, i have no idea about that, I wasn't present (nor do i know anyone who was) for those.
Hope this helps
Well if you know him...and you know the LRC...so if he is a good chap in other aspects of his life and just a bit of a lost soul, you might want to give him some friendly encouragement to do the right thing. Soon.
Thanks for checking in with the confirmation.
But it's you wrote:

And the right thing is... self immolation?
I've never suggested that. Just needs to either prove an acceptable realistic sample of the accomplishment (and no those 'official' course cut marathons do not count) or return the questionable funds and repent. Either one would be incredibly easy to do.

The right thing to do is to submit to the Borg. Resistance is futile.
