She didn't pay to the "mule" -- she received $500 for her Wave 1 Corral F bib.
She only ran the NYC Tune-Up once. Everything else is by mules.

Guys like Kip Litton were pretty entertaining and made for a good read (a great read, actually), but sifting through every Boston Qualifier to make sure they didn't cut the course or use someone else to run with their bib.. seems a bit obsessive, and ridiculous.
I don't know what justice this is serving. So one person who will finish toward the back and no one will ever notice got kicked out of Boston? Congrats. I'd think that sort of persistence and hard work could be better served elsewhere.
+1
To each his own I guess.
Loses a lot of cred by not naming people though.
"Citizens arrest, citizens arrest."
No way - more cred for not naming. Remember when Reddit J-offs "outed and named" the Boston Marathon bombers and turned out to be completely wrong? The guy they named was getting death threats from id*ots who believed that neckbeards on the internet were better cops than the actual ones investigating.
Not naming is 100% the way to go - especially for trivial things like this.

The range of paces is incredible.

I love people saying doesn't this guy have something better to do with his time. This site is filled with people who run 80+ MPW just so they can move their marathon time down a few minutes, let alone the fact that you're posting on a running website. Trust me, to the outside observer, "serious" runners waste a hell of a lot of time chasing a number unless you're a professional.
Actually, the guy is clearly trying to make some money. It's not just an obsessive pass time -- and it isn't just via donations that he's soliciting funds. He has invested in a new "professional" website -- and he has a page offering his services to race directors:
https://www.marathoninvestigation.com/race-directorstimersNot sure what the "cheaters" market really will bear, but he's certainly trying to go pro with his thing.

So?, this is America, the land of opportunity. If he's found a worthwhile niche service and there's a demand for it, why not? I bet if he were to sit down and work out how much he's getting an hour it would be in cents, probably minus cents.

Yeah, so the cheaters can cheat without any comeback or loss of face so they can go out and do it again and other potential cheaters won't be put off from doing it either because they know they won't be outed, great.
Let all those who just keep missing out on Boston by seconds keep missing out by seconds to the cheaters and fraudsters, fantastic.
FMD this Cindy Charrize woman has a degree and job involved in fraud detection and you don't think she should be named for carrying out a fraud, WTF.
So thanks for your input Cindy, Mike Rossi, Kip Litton or whoever you are, you're right about the "The Internet if Full of Idiots" but being an idiot yourself I guess you meant 'is' "Full of Idiots" not "if".

Aren't there some companies out there that will go out and eliminate your entire internet footprint?
With all these cheaters around, it might be another lucrative business opportunity.

More investigative fodder for Derek, should get really interesting now.
I think people who read cheater threads and go on about how awful it is to expose cheats are either long term cheats in every aspect of their lives or mentally ill.

I actually agree with you. I'm not sure what it says about the state of running as a sport these days if someone can actually make real money tracking down cheating hobbyjoggers, but if Derek can make it work for himself, why not explore the niche market?
With regard to fully naming or not naming cheaters, I appreciate that he might not want to deal with legal threats, etc. However, if he wants to drive traffic through his new website (and gain advertising income such as fuels Letsrun), the more compelling he can make his cases, the better. As posters have indicated above, the "Cindy" story becomes more interesting the more details get filled in... Maybe he could organize his website where he has a "wall of shame" page where he posts stories in which he is comfortable naming names, and an "investigations ongoing" page where he presents developing cases.

Oh boy.
This history of "races" by Cindy is highly problematic.
I do not like the look of these results of Cindy's running progression.
Cindy was running a half-marathon in 2:06 (9:41 pace) in May, and 18 Miles at 10:14 pace in September...then in October she has a 1:50 half-marathon (8:24 pace)…and then in November… a 3:17 marathon (7:32 pace)…which would be a half-marathon ability around 1:33 (7:06 pace)
Wow.
Cindy may also be a massive Doper to improve this much so fast!!!
We need more investigation by Derek Murphy (Irish Runner-Cheater-Liar-Investigatorâ„¢ with OCD).
Cindy needs to learn from a REAL PROFESSIONAL BRIT-CHEATER-LIARâ„¢:
1) Robbie Young

1) The sport of running is in a big toilet bowel.

Those are not random races. Perfect selection under the 9+1 program, the NYC marathon qualifier.
Charrize "Cindy" Avendano. She already deleted all of her social media stuff.
If you check NYRR results, I highly doubt she even ran most of the 9+1 races. It is under Charrize and not Cindy.
So "Charrize Cindy Avendano is a senior majoring in Fraud Examination and Financial Forensics" yet has committed a number of frauds, is this correct or am I missing something?

Cindy Avendano (Criminal Fraud Expert and Marathon Cheater-Liar-Fraudâ„¢) deleted ALL of her SOCIAL MEDIA stuff???
This is not fair at all.
I feel like I am just getting to know Cindy (Charrize) Avendano in a deeper way…and she is already trying to cut me off.
That is not a smart idea Cindy Cheat.
We know what kind of girl Cindy is now.
There is no escape for Cindy.

Don't get too upset my friend, somewhere out there are LR super sleuths who are vastly experienced in digging deep down in to the depths of the intra net archives to get information on cheaters and fraudsters. My guess is they're working on it now deep down in their basements while eating pizza and drinking red cordial, all will be revealed in time.

https://photos.smugmug.com/My-First-Gallery/i-tQKvDk2/0/M/Instagram-new-M.pngAre the Russians behind all this? Seriously are they trying to plant cheaters everywhere to minimize their wada violations ?
