But given the same screen size and reception, it makes no difference to ME at all and even if I am missing a thing or two that's small and blurry I'd rather do that than drop four figures on a TV that might, and might not, let me see those things. When I have watched pricey TV I just haven't come away thinking that it looked so much better than mine and I should get one.
Good, you agree that a new TV is better. I totally understand if it's not worth it to you. But don't say new TVs aren't better just different. They are measurably better in many scientifically tested parameters.
