Should I buy a whole bunch? Is it worth it? Any symptoms. Can any other runners report on effects of it.

Just eat steak.
I've taken a daily 1000 mg dose in pill form for over a year and I have experienced no side effects. I consider it part of standard supplements to support training.

That's all?
I don't know if L-carnitine by itself is worth it, but I've had good results with L-carnitine in combination with the other ingredients in mitoXcell.
No evidence it does anything in your dosage.
Just take a SARM instead of wasting your money on some crap supplement.
Lance, it works! It really works!
Any side effects with the stomach or taking dumps? Any extra wood or sleep issues?
Increases risk of heart attack by clogging arteries. Decreases natural thyroid levels.
Not worth it. Questionable results too. Have you seen any records being set by athletes using this supplement?

I have a few friends that were regular qualifiers to US nationals in track and they all swore by it. I tried it briefly, but probably not long enough to notice anything positive resulting from it's usage. I think I am going to try again and use it this time for at least a few months this time.

Q: What's the difference between Light and Hard?
A: It is possible to sleep with a light on.
Go ahead, take your carnitine...
Fish has about 3X more TMAO than what comes from beef's carnitine, and eating fish is strongly associated with a longer/heathier lifespan.
Studies done on mice that found issues used about 26-52X more carnitine then a typical 500-1000mg dose.
"RED MEAT BAD!" oooh, scary, the press just loves man-bites-dog stories. Journalists have to make money too, and they probably spend it on a nice red steak.

Am I living in the twilight zone? The Boston Marathon weather was terrible!
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
How rare is it to run a sub 5 minute mile AND bench press 225?
Move over Mark Coogan, Rojo and John Kellogg share their 3 favorite mile workouts
Matt Choi was drinking beer halfway through the Boston Marathon
Mark Coogan says that if you could only do 3 workouts as a 1500m runner you should do these
