Hard to tell
Between 50 and 80.

That range is too wide, Woniacki ran the New York marathon under 3:30 with some marathon training
About 50-55. Djokovic would be a competent runner (17 min for 5k), Ferrer was one fit dude, Federer goes for long runs in the Forrest near his house in the Swiss Alps, Murray is running on the Rado ad.
I think I recall reading the Bjorn Borg would run a lot. 10k per day? But back then it was miles, so maybe 10 mi per day.

Yeah but definitely under sub 20
No tennis players on this list:

Nadal would probably be up with the best in the tennis world.

Too bulky
Interesting to see a lot of Scandinavian athletes on the list. As for pro tennis players I would think it would be a little above 50. I had mine tested last year and it was 50 and I'm just a hobby jogger in her late 40's.

With training Novak could run 17:53ish
Any Murray's coach has mentioned in interviews that he could probably run a 53 second 400m.

Good for him. How fast would Andy be?

I dont know over long distance, but i read an article saying that Murray doesn't do 400 meter reps as it left him exhausted and sore the next day, he now does his cardio on the versaclimber. As for how fast i think Murray too heavy and bulky for 5k and above, could definitely run a sub 5 minute mile with little training.
