Of course many runners heel strike, including some really fast ones. I never said otherwise. Here, I'll even prove your point for you. Meb and Abdi heel striking, Hall forefoot/borderline midfoot, and Ritz midfoot/borderline heel:
https://youtu.be/A6sk10M9OWEHowever, I'd guess that a large proportion (50%?) of forefoot and probably most midfoot (flat landing) strikers would have a toe up foot angle when they are close to landing, so a still photo a bit before footstrike would misleadingly look like a heel strike. Ritz would appear to be a heel striker for stills a bit before the landings in the video above, but he's not. Slow the video down to 0.25 speed if necessary.
