Between driving and sitting my hips and calves are dysfunctional. How do you run well and with proper gait if you have an office job?

get up often (at least once an hour) and walk around.
sit in a variety of positions.
poop once a day (but not on my floor)
run at lunch.
drink a lot of water (but not using one of those apps..I'm a freaking adult. I know when to drink)
Switching to a standing desk made a huge difference. It eliminated my back and hip pain that I was having.

+1
i also try and get up and walk down the hall to talk to people instead of email.
I do all of this except the standing desk. Did it help with hip extension? Appreciate the input
Eventually feeling like crap becomes the default!

Oh, that's you that keeps coming to the bathroom on my floor, stinking up the place? Jerk. Stay on your own floor from now on.
And fix your diet, stat. It smells like you eat roadkill for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Do you stand all the time at work? Isn't it bad to stand so much?
If your building has multiple floors always get a drink of water or cup of coffee from another floor.
Live closer to work if possible.
Also, stretch 10 minutes every night before you go to bed.
I bike to work which helps, and take at least 1 walking breaking.
I recently worked at my corporate office for a month (and not onsite with the people I consult for) which involved driving and not having a place to walk. Even though I had a standing desk at this office, I felt horrible not moving around aside from my run.
sorry, office etiquette dictates that I go to another floor. every officer worker knows that. Besides I only had the Naked Chicken Chalupa that one time
get up every 2 hours to do planks and stretching in my office
walk up/down 5 flights of stairs 2x daily
briskly walk around the inside perimeter of the building at least 1x per day

Hey what's wrong with roadkill? It's cage-free!
Discover the lunch run. When you are in great shape, you don't stink when you sweat much and don't even need a shower. Or just towel down after.

First world problem.
Disgusting. Some say sarcasm is the lowest form of wit but that actually belongs to toilet humour. How old are you 5?
I managed to go to the fitness club as well. The office job wasn't a significant obstacle for me. But, there's one thing, I'm the owner of that office. Yeah, being a boss and a businessman, it's somewhat hard to live with it today. Hopefully, it is cool because I got a good option for renting that office( https://www.1500marketstreet.com/ ). I don't know how I would make it because the other companies' prices are pretty high today. And it seems like I will be using their services for a long time. That office feels incredible for daily works until midnight.
Leave your desk go to the locker room and head out for 4 to 5 mile jogs in the middle of the day
Get massages once a week, keep running high mileage and get some dry needling from a physical therapist every once in a while
