I am a junior in high school right now and I'm kinda slow, but I'm only slow because I got injured and didn't work out for like 2 months. I was going to be fast before I got injured (coach said I could run under 18), and now I am finally getting fast again.
My PR's right now are a 19:59 5k and a 5:28 mile, but this track season I think I can get close to or maybe break 5 and next xc season I think I can get to low 17's or maybe under 17. Right now I think I could probably run under 19 and under 5:20.
If I could get my 5k to the low 17's and my mile to like 4:45 by senior track and my 2 mile to like 10:40ish would I be able to run at a decent d3 school? maybe d2? I don't really care about the division I just want to be on a team with people who care and a good coach who all strive for success.
