The interesting thing that I saw in the CBS poll was that 84%(!!!) say Trump gets credit for the current state of the economy.
That bodes well for Republicans in the mid-terms if it holds that way.

Hello Hillary lovers. Still butt hurt?
Nothing better than watching fugly democrats have meltdowns during the best ever SOTU.
Democrats lose again!!!!
Mueller? Mueller? Mueller?
Hahahahaha!!!!!

No. Flagpole said.
"Also, the caveat with polls on the SOTU speeches is that typically only people who support the president watch the SOTU."
Was the CBS poll representative of VOTERS or SOTU WATCHERS?
Admit it. Dems and 'Pubs both liked his speech.
Wow...no freakin' way that Democrats liked his speech. I'm more open minded than most on either side of the aisle, and I didn't like it beyond the typical Americans that they always bring in to recognize, the recognition of Steve Scalise and then just statements that are TRUE about the state of the union -- the economy being pretty good and the stock market being great. Are there SOME Democrats out there who liked it? Of course. There are always people on both sides who are not as informed as they should be, so they don't understand all the nuances that go along with what a President says at a SOTU speech. As a majority? No way.
He's just not the right person to talk about unity...can't get past that. He is a horrible, horrible person, the most divisive politician in the US in my lifetime and beyond, and pretty much all Democrats and then many others who don't identify as Democrats believe that.
The important thing to keep in mind is...
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
He's divisive all right, but not nearly as much as Pelosi.

^This. The disconnect by Trumpers is impressive.
There was a point where Republicans were the party of law and order, but those fundamental beliefs were thrown out with the dish water when Trump was elected.
Fortunately, Mueller is a patriot and is motivated by the rule of law. He will bring down the Trump criminal enterprise.
To those thinking that Trump getting rid of Mueller, Wray (a Trump appointee), etc. will end the Russia probe are mistaken. Justice will prevail.

what I saw in that link was that 86 percent said that the democrats should wait until the speech is over to show opposition rather than do it during the speech. that didn't happen.

Sorry, that's not even possible as she is not the President. Most Americans couldn't even tell you who she is...sad but true.
So...no, you are wrong about that.

More divisive or not. She is definitely more unfavorable than Drumpf.

You people who are focusing on this one very mediocre speech are funny.
Trump has given MANY speeches and said many things.
Mexico will pay for the wall.
Violence in the streets ends right here and right now.
I will release my taxes.
Those women will all be sued.
I could go on for days of course. He just has zero credibility. He lies all the time. He takes credit for things (like no major airline crashes in 2017) all the time that he has nothing to do with. Saying that anything he says is "good" in any way assumes that you believe he is truthful about what he says. He is not.
Word are just words...you have to attach action to those words, and you have to be the right person to deliver those words.
He is so criminal. He is a danger to our Democracy and to the safety of our nation and the world. Most Americans see this fortunately (his approval rating just rocketed north to 42%, not really good).
No President in modern history has been so attacked, but no President in modern history (including Nixon) was so worthy of those attacks.
Hating Trump doesn't mean you love Hillary. Come on Trumpers, I know some of you out there want to leave the Dark Side and come to the light. I will welcome you. I will accept you and let you heal from your emotional captivity. You might need to give yourself a cleansing enema, but you will eventually be all right.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.

There’s nothing else for them to hang on to. The one time the guy reads a speech that obviously wasn’t in his words is when all the Trumpkins come out for victory laps. Kinda tells you everything.

Perhaps, but only because even more Americans hate Congress. She is personally not where near the vitriolic person that Trump is. Trump is a serial liar. He's racist. He's sexist. He has sexually assaulted at least 13 women (sometimes they say 19; not sure why the discrepancy). He's a criminal who very likely conspired with Russia to help get himself elected. Just no real comparison here.

Not as low as the bar was set for Barrack and the Clinton Scammers. Little Flagpole is still hurt over losing the election. Wake up, it's not a nightmare, but your candidate was.
I own you. I'm not the one whose single. No woman will come within a mile from you. You are 30 and have never gotten laid. That is pathetic! Hint. It would help your cause if you didn't idolize pedophiles.

Please explain this assertion of "Barrack" and Clinton Scammers. Provide links. It doesn't exist.
