Moore is actually raising more money and getting stronger support because of these allegations.
And by stronger support, I mean those that supported him before and more entrenched, but they still only get one vote each.
I don't think many will switch their vote from Moore to Jones but I do think a number of people who initially supported him will simply not vote.
On the other side, Democrat Alabamans who have been disenfranchised over the years and wouldn't normally waste their time coming out to vote now have a reason to vote and they they can win.
That is how you can get a Democrat from Alabama in the senate.
Alabama is not as Republican as people think.
Their other senator, Richard Shelby, was originally elected and re-elected senator as a Democrat and then switched to the Republican party in 1994.
