Thanks for posting. Nice to get the occasional laugh these days.

betting odds now 37% that the senate will convict sometime in the next 100 days.
The argument seems to be that Mitch will signal what to do and some number of senators will follow. And Mitch is signaling he might vote to convict. To kick trump out of the 2024 election.
Banning him from future elections is merely symbolic. Even Trump can't become the nominee on a by word of mouth campaign.
he has the support of 75% of the r party and anyone who runs against him will have to deal with heavily armed thugs.
Word of mouth? All trump has to do is ask for money and the m/gas will send it to him. He has 99 problems, but money isn't one of them.

Is this really the best you can do to justify your continued support for Trump and your continued involvement in the debate here. How about some mea culpa?

The republican led senate intelligence committee confirmed that Russians interfered in the 2016 election. It was found that they engaged in a campaign to sabotage the election in favor of Trump (with the assistance of some of trumps advisers). That doesn't bother you? Rather in your twisted head you think Nancy Pelosi should be impeached because the Russians interfered in the 2016 election?
You know that Nancy, as speaker of the house, actively opposed trying to impeach George W. Bush. Do you wonder what the difference is? Or are you just a Russian agent who hates America so much you will come on here and spew your nonsense just to achieve your goal of trying to bring down the USA?
Couple of things here: Trump's impeachment will be purely symbolic as the Senate is out until after the inauguration. Russia had about as much influence over the 2016 election as China had over this election. The Biden's hands are all over Chinese money (and a decent pile of Russian money, not to mention the Hungarian that has been kicked out of multiple countries for manipulating currency).
The truly scary thing is that we have one president, one house, one senate (with Kamala having the swing vote) and increasingly one media (Democrats are trying to get Fox News banned with their new found power now that they silenced conservative voices on Parler, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). We are only a handful of adverse decisions in the courts before they decide to stack the court and bring us one step closer to becoming Venezuela. All this power to an individual that is perhaps the least competent individual ever elected to the office. I loved my grandpa, but I wouldn't trust him to drive, let alone run one of the largest economies on the planet when he was pushing 80.
An individuals cognitive decline begins in their 40s and tends to get progressively worse. Studies show that by age 70 the amount of information recalled 30 minutes after hearing a story once is about 75 percent of the amount remembered by an 18-year old. God bless America, we're going to need it.

It really will die. For sure. Two years from now things will be VERY different.

From Quinnipiac poll:
2. Do you believe there was widespread voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, or not?
Total: 37% Yes, 58% No
Republican: 73% Yes, 21% No
8. Do you think that - the individuals who stormed the U.S. Capitol on January 6th were undermining democracy or protecting democracy?
Total: 80% Undermining, 10% Protecting
Republican: 70% Undermining, 17% Protecting
https://poll.qu.edu/national/release-detail?ReleaseID=3686From the Quinnipiac poll above.
4. Which comes closer to your point of view: democracy in the United States is alive and well or democracy in the United States is under threat?
Rep: Alive and Well - 20%, Under Threat 77%.
Dem: Alive and Well - 22%, Under Threat 76%.
So Rs think it is under threat because the election was stolen, and Ds think it is under threat because Trump is trying to overturn the legitimate election. Can there be any middle ground?
Not in this case. There is right and wrong, and the BS about there being voter fraud that affected the outcome of the election is flat wrong. IF Democrats actually pulled that off, Republicans should say, "Well done! You got us!" and then if it's so easy for a bunch of "libtards" to pull off a multi-state scam like that that left no evidence, then Republicans should try it next time. Only the dumbest of the dumb believe that Biden won due to fraud. Just beyond stupid.

WTF? So you are saying you now believe him that his republican colleagues are afraid to vote for impeachment because they fear for their lives? What does this have to do with Nadler or Pelosi? What an odd post. You have really lost it dude.
I've tried to make this clear to all of you here. Sally hasn't lost it. Sally never had it. He's a moron of epic proportions. He knows nothing. He researches nothing. He understands nothing. He's a grade A idiot.
I have never agreed with a post of yours more. You are 100% CORRECT!

Mitch might want to stop Trump from running again, but as a Democrat I wouldn't do anything to stop him.
B) He's not a good candidate and has strong but limited popularity.
Did we go back in time to 2016? Anything can happen so let's not make this mistake again. Better safe than sorry.

So, Trump is not planning on attending Biden's inauguration.
Now Ivanka is not planning on being there after previously stating that she would attend.
I have probably posted a lot of crazy sh!t on this thread. But this is my official CRAZY post. Do the Trumps know something that the rest of us don't about what is planned by the M/\GAs on Jan 20? Something that makes it a good idea to not be in the area on inauguration day?
OK, I've officially gotten too crazy. Time to take a break from this sh!t.
No...they know nothing. It isn't clear Ivanka was even invited. She's just a beaver-faced moron who, like her father, has delusions of grandeur.

While I do believe Trump will never win another election, he needs to be punished and TOLD that he can't even try. What he did on Jan. 6 makes him a traitor to this country, and he should be imprisoned for that alone.
Another 100% correct post. You're on a roll, dude.

Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) was armed with a gun inside the House floor as the riots started. He said, "Fortunately, I was armed, so we would have been able to protect ourselves" It is illegal for members of Congress to carry firearms on the House floor and in the Senate chambers. Cawthorn's excuse is, according to his spokesperson, "Congressman Cawthorn also abides by all Capitol Police regulations that he is informed of." What a f***ing copout. He has to be told what the rules are. He is not responsible for reading them himself. Another idiot who needs to be removed.

He should have to have a cavity search when he enters any federal building.
