Will Trump ever get just ONE decision right? He is so constantly wrong about absolutely everything that it is mind-boggling.
Trump is sending a signal to the his people being investigated for the Russia Stuff, plus anything else they find--money laundering--, that he will pardon them. Contempt of Congress--guaranteed pardon. Refuse to testify--guaranteed pardon. Get caught---guaranteed pardon. ... The presidency is a dictatorship as Trump plays it; and a way to steal millions per month from the treasury--in the form of billing of everything under the sun--lawyers for his kids, use of Trump Tower elevators, breathing the air in his buildings.
This is one of the scarier things Trump is doing.
He's saying to go out and do illegal things that he likes and he'll pardon you.
I can see a wall of obstruction going into the Russia investigation and every single person that breaks the law to protect Trump will be pardoned.
If he went that path there would have to be an amendment to revoke pardon privileges.
Trump may test every ethical line of the presidency to the point where rules will have to be written.
Pres must release all financial disclosures and tax returns
Pres and family may not run any major businesses while in office
Pres will no longer have the power to pardon
Pres cannot command a nuclear strike without congressional approval
Pres must give equal access to the press
Any presidential tweet to be considered a statement under oath and subject to perjury charges
