I guess there’s no need for Congress if the president can write the laws as well as execute them.
This is a publicity stunt to buy votes.
It’s shame how the guy has been bragging about banning some teenager app when there are so many other problems that needs to be fixed in this country

And it was smart politics.
It's smart politics in that he breaks all presidential norms and ethics (and laws) to make it look like he's doing something.
People will buy it. They buy his malarkey all the time.
And it fact, it does less to help than what the House has already passed which the senate will not consider.
It's not negotiating when you don't come to an agreement.
It appears he is not good at negotiating an agreement.

I am in the same boat as Fat Hurts. I am richer than ever. During Trump's presidency, my net worth has increased a lot due to stock market increases, and it was a lot to begin with. Things are generally pretty good in the Flagpole household. Not enjoying the pandemic of course, but if I have to answer the question "are you better off today than you were 4 years ago", the answer is YES. Has nothing to do with Trump. It has to do with my decades of religiously investing, but nonetheless, I a m better off than I was 4 years ago.
Thus proving Trollminator's point.
I don't think so. My wife and I volunteered a lot of our time to the local school system and sports programs when our kids were still in K-12. We have donated a lot of money and time to charity. So, to be clear, Trollminator isn't wrong...it's just that I would be an exception just like Fat Hurts apparently is. Most Americans have the ability to take moderate incomes and make themselves wealthy just by investing and some self control with spending. We lived on just my income for 15 years while my wife stayed home with the kids.
I am unquestionably better off financially than I was 4 years ago. I am better off overall too though.
In the last 4 years:
1) My wife has more responsibility and makes more money than she did.
2) One of my children graduated from college and nabbed her dream job right out of college, and she is in a serious relationship with her college boyfriend...he's a good guy, and they seem very happy.
3) My other kid is in college and loving it while performing exceptionally well academically and athletically, and he has developed a plan for his future.
4) Our family relationships are better than ever.
5) Healthwise, I had successful knee surgery and am 30 pounds lighter than I was 4 years ago, and some other health issues in my immediate family have been successfully treated.
I feel bad that so many people lost their jobs, and I have done my part to spend money at local companies since this pandemic began, but still, it is not selfish to look at one's situation, compare it to 4 years ago, and decide if you are better off today. I just happen to be better off. Do I wish the pandemic were over so that I could go places without a mask and then also go to MORE places? Yep. I'm a positive guy though and always look for and find the silver lining in any bad situation. I am never jealous of anyone, and I don't suffer from FOMO. I have a lot of stuff here in the house that I like though: my family, my guitar, my piano, Netflix, my dog, YouTube, video games, chatting with extended family with ZOOM.

Serious Question: If Joe Biden gets elected (and every Dem/Lib here is guaranteeing that he does) and his mental deterioration continues so much that he is like one of those loons in One flew over the Cuckoo's nest, what happens to save the country from a nutjob having control of our nuclear bombs? Please don't make this about Trump - sure, he is a jerk, an assshole and an immature baby, but we are discussing what happens of Biden totally loses it and we have to do an intervention. Would the VP declare to Congress that Biden is unfit? Would Congress then move to impeach and remove him? Would the VP take over?
You really don't know the answer to this question?
Of course he doesn't. Of all of his really stupid questions, this might be the stupidest...oh man, there is SO much there that shows Sally is a nimrod. WTF? I went to college so I wouldn't have to hear dumb@ss sh!t like this on a regular basis. I honestly can't believe how dumb that post is.

Fat Hurts does not claim that he is better off than he was four years ago.
More money =/= better off.

CORRECT! Biden has ALWAYS been like this! He's always been second chair and is ONLY going to become President because his opponent is the worst President in our nation's history. Kind of like if you go into an ice cream store, and the only two flavors they have are vanilla (Biden) and dog sh!t flavored ice cream (Trump). Well, I would rather have had more choices, vanilla it is!

Hey, Trump may not be such a terrible guy after all. He is a man who looks out for the "little guy!" Trump is expected to sign executive actions including: a payroll tax deferment, extending unemployment benefits, extending an eviction moratorium, AND deferring student loan payments and forgiving their interest. YET, I know not one Lib here will applaud him for his actions because ANYTHING Trump does is bad. He has gotten no credit for anything!
https://www.cnn.com/2020/08/08/politics/trump-executive-order-stimulus/index.htmlHe’s bigly behind Biden right now so he’s doing this to look out for trump.
CORRECT!

More money =/= better off.
The boat we share is (From Fat Hurts himself) - "I have significant stocks. I am richer than ever."
The boat we don't share is that the pandemic has depressed Fat Hurts to the point that his life is adversely affected. I have just had too many good things happen to my family and me over the last 4 years for that to be true. I would be EVEN BETTER OFF if the pandemic never hit, but at the same time, stuff like this makes you realize how grateful you are for the things you do have, and I have done my part to help those around me in need. We are only on this planet so long. I choose to be positive and happy and grateful at all times. And yes, you can be all those things and still strive for change (like getting rid of Trump).

I agree we should all ignore Sally, but he's not a troll. He's just outrageously stupid.
Hasn’t Sally Vixen done their gender reassignment yet?
Read this twitter thread to understand just how openly corrupt trump and his loonies are... yes in the present while everyone is watching.

Flagpole, didn't your parents teach you that if you don't have anything to say about someone then say nothing? What is with you and all of your incessant insults? You call Trump supporters outrageously stupid, you call women whores, almost every post of yours ends in a litany of vitriolic insults. What is up with that? Are you that miserable that you feel compelled to constantly hurl insults whoever comes here and does not adhere to your liberal dogma? Come on dude. Clean up your act. It was tiresome years ago.
Anything nice to say.
