More BS from you. Maybe when one of us has an accounting question, you and your two-bit associates accounting degree can slither out from your hole and answer. I doubt you'd even get that right though as you are clearly a very dumb individual. There is nothing more important going on in this country than the impeachment inquiry and the continuing egregious behavior of Donald Trump, and it warrants this amount of coverage. Your assertion that CNN and MSNBC don't cover other topics is wrong anyway. Go away.
Why so much anger from you? Do you resent that I am much better-looking than you? Are you angry because the ladies are not drawn to you like they are to me? Is that why you are having a crybaby pout?
Your stupidity doesn't make me angry, old man.

Outside of the asset value of Doral, what are the cash flows from operations and loans?
I am sure it is a private entity and not a public one so good luck finding that information.

If my stupidity doesn't make you angry is it my very good looks that drive you bonkers?

Florida appraisers have the value of Doral at $105.9 million for 2019, up from $105.7 million in 2018. Why Forbes lists it at a value of $267 million is a mystery. They must be basing that on what Trump Org told them it was worth. If forced to sell Trump would take a loss because no one is paying double the price for a property that has not been kept up properly with declining sales.

If not, then you and everyone else commenting on it should probably sit on the sidelines and let the big boys discuss.
So if Big Boy Trump says that a property appraised at $105M is worth $267M, you believe him?

Of course not, but Forbes pegs his net worth at $3 billion. If that figure means nothing the Forbes 500 list means NOTHING. Most of the wealthiest on the Forbes list have most of their wealth in public companies - MSFT, AMZN, Alphabet, all are readily scrutinized for actually wealth but Trump's wealth in largely in private entities. Harder to determine.
Da, comrade, gold ruble value, follow Kremlin diktat for enemy of russian people.

It would be interesting to see what Trump's real net worth is. According to the Forbes asset list, Doral is worth $267M with debt of $125M which results in equity of $142M:
https://www.forbes.com/donald-trump/However, it was recently appraised at $105M by the tax assessor which results in negative equity of $20M. The loan is unlikely to be guaranteed so his net worth took a hit of $142M just from Doral. If his tax returns are ever released it could show several other properties in similar dire straits and that his true net worth is well under a $Billion.
SDSU - Forbes as well as other publications have pegged his net worth at about $3 Billion, which obviously takes into consideration liabilities as well as assets.
Did you catch the game last night? Pretty good one!
Yeah, great game. I was pleased that Altuve got himself around the bases without any Correa "Look at me!" histrionics. After the game he said the team won the game and nit just him.
Astros are about a 2.5 to 1 favorite to win the WS. No Washington team have on since 1925 so I'm rooting for an upset. The original Senators moved to Minnesota in 1961 and was replaced by an expansion team that later moved to Texas. The current franchise used to be the Montreal Expos.

Correa did kind of go overboard but it is understandable. The Nationals have 3 aces so no telling what might happen. We have a guy here - Mattress Mac - who sells furniture and has a current promotion that anyone who buys a mattress for $3,000 or more and the Astros win - they will be refunded their money. He stands to lose $15 million but he made a hedge bet where he might win about $8 million if the Astros lose or something like that. He wanted to make a $15 million bet but the Vegas books (is that what you call them) would not take that much. He had to go to New Jersey and some other place for his bet. He did it previously in 2017 and lost a sh@tload.

From NY Times (sorry if it's already been posted by someone else):
The short version:
The Trump campaign is making good use of Facebook (very popular among older voters who are more likely to vote Trump), using more sophisticated targeting techniques than the Dems and taking advantage of its lax standards regarding fact-checking to drive up the base vote. Meanwhile, the Dems (whose voters favor more recently developed apps like Snapchat) are "re-fighting the 2012 election" with regards to social media efforts and are pandering to the seven "undecided" voters left in this country. When the Dems do run ads on Facebook they show a certain reluctance to get in the gutter.
From electionbettingodds (full disclosure: this site is run by Lott and Stossel who are known conservative commentators. They get the odds straight from Betfair and re-post them conveniently as percentages. There are three possibilities: 1: Lott and Stossel are faithfully getting the odds from an open market and reposting them. 2: Lott and Stossel are providing fake statistics and claiming they are from Betfair. 3: Betfair itself is in on the scam. Please let me know if I've missed any other possibilities. I am going with door #1)

As you can see, Trump and Warren are favored to win their nominations. Trump is conditionally the favorite over Warren (provided they are the nominees). Biden is conditionally favored over Trump. Buttigieg is roughly even. This market obviously isn't very liquid. My takeaways are that this election will be close, either side could win, and it's foolish to confidently predict victory as things stand now.
Trump is unpopular and will remain net-negative but he does have one superpower: Shamelessness. There has never been anything like it in American political history and no one has found the answer to it yet.
Also, Zuckerberg is a douchebag.
Question: Better chance that Trump is impeached or that Jennifer Lawrence's marriage lasts less than 4 years?
Answer: Same chance. Sure thing for both.

He is also a Trump supporter. Claims he is not a Trumper but hides it very poorly. Hosting dinners with only Republican politicians is one giveaway. Why would he support Trump? . . . corporate tax cuts and deals.
