Clinton takes at least two of those states without Bernie and Jill Stein running.
Bernie didn't run in the general.
Stein barely had over 1.5mil votes total.
Johnson had 4.5mil votes total.
The types of voters who vote for third party candidates are not going to vote for the mainstream candidates anyway.
I think people get too worked up over third party candidates thinking they are stealing votes away from "their candidate". When in reality they would likely just stay home on Election Day.

Clinton would need 43 ECs to win. She definitely takes MI without Stein. WI probably would have to Clinton. Maybe not PA, but Trump was busing in voters to the polls there (Amish and known older republicans without cars). Ban the type of busing Trump was doing and PA goes to Clinton.
FYI: I know for a fact that "busing" occurred in PA because a college friend of my wife who lived in New Jersey was enlisted by the Trump campaign to rent large vans and were told were to pick certain people up. The friend of the wife said they had a very large caravan of similar drivers from NJ driving into PA to pick up Trump voters (they were given a lost of names to allow on board). They were asked to cover the cost of the bus/van rentals, provide food and drinks for the voters, and pay for the gasoline themselves to help Trump out (the cost seems to fall under the radar as unclaimed campaign donations).
