Trump at work.
Career attorneys at DOJ refused to do his bidding because SCOTUS said not to.
So what does Trump do?
Moves them aside and puts in a new team that doesn't have an ethical and moral backbone.
This is how trump works. he fired comey because comey had a backbone. He fired sessions because sessions had a backbone. He tried to fire Mueller because mueller has a backbone. You show ethical behavior in the trump admin, you are out on your tush.
This is what you own, trumpers, all of it. You can't point at tax cuts and ignore the rest. You own all of this corruption.

What do you mean he tried to fire Mueller? I heard this for two years from MSNBC and every two-bit mainstream media propaganda outfit. If Trump had wanted Mueller fired, he would have effing fired him. How can you continue to say like all the idiot liberals that Trump wanted Mueller fired but he was unable to. If Trump wanted Meuller fired, Mueller is fired. Trump is the president. He can fire Mueller in a heartbeat. Please quit saying that Trump wanted Mueller fired but was unable to. It makes you look very unsophisticated.
google, sally. Google. We've been through this one before. Go to google and type 'did trump try to fire mueller' and you will get your answer.
BTW....
Trump's approval numbers are simply at the high point of his margin of error. Jumping for joy over a couple percentage points doesn't change the overall math. Trump's approval is 41-45%. More importantly and historical is his DISAPPROVAL, which is 51-55%. That's bad because it means very few voters have a neutral opinion. Compare to previous presidents and you'll see what I'm talking about.

He is the president. He is the number one guy in the US. Barr overseas Mueller and Trump reigns over Barr. If Trump wanted Mueller fired, he fires him. If Jeff Bezos wants a senior VP at Amazon, do you really think he can't have the guy fired? He fires him or her. No questions asked. Please.

ffs sally google.
no, trump could not just fire mueller. Can you please look up something for once?

So with your newly found exuberance and confidence, you will sign the self'banning pledge offered to you if Trump wins re-election? I find it telling that NOT ONE of you guys has signed off on that. Perhaps you are not as confident in the downfall of Trump as you publicly exhibit.

I took your advice and googled. Not surprisingly they agreed with me. Trump is the President - he is the chief executive and presides over the executive branch. Mueller works for him.

Overseas? Please do not post when drunk.
BTW: Barr also "overseas" the US Attorney’s Office in NY where Trump's buddy Epstein is under investigation for corruption, and bad things with those little girls he, and Trump, like so much. It is expected that Barr will interfere with the case to not only save the bacon of Trump's pal, but Barr's father hired Epstein to teach at the private Dalton school. So, Barr's daddy was best pals with Epstein the Creep.

yeah, if trump wanted to start all over the saturday night massacre (look it up), sure. He could keep firing AGs until someone went along with it. Then it would go to the courts because mueller can only be fired for cause.
But the bigger point is that trump tried to fire mueller. he tasked mcgahn to get it done and then trump followed up on it. Mcgahn refused. You can choose to believe trump isn't to cowardly to get it done, but trump was too cowardly to get it done.
the really big point is that trump can't stand ethics, morals, honestly, rules. they are like kryptonite to him. So he surrounds himself with criminals.
Please tell me which of these people who Trump has surrounded himself with are criminals (thanks in advance!)...
Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency Andrew Wheeler
Attorney General William Barr
Director of National Intelligence Daniel Coats
Director of the Central Intelligence Agency Gina Haspel
Director of the Office of Management and Budget Mick Mulvaney
Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue
Secretary of Commerce Wilbur L. Ross, Jr.
Secretary of Education Elisabeth Prince DeVos
Secretary of Energy James Richard Perry
Secretary of Health and Human Services Alex Azar
Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Benjamin S. Carson, Sr.
Secretary of the Interior David Bernhardt
Secretary of Labor Alexander Acosta
Secretary of State Mike Pompeo
Secretary of Transportation Elaine L. Chao
Secretary of the Treasury Steven T. Mnuchin
Secretary of Veterans Affairs Robert Wilkie
U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer
Vice President Michael R. Pence
Acting White House Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney
Yeah - none of them are . But you take the easy route, Agip and brand them all as criminals. Either deceitful or lazy on your part. I expect better of you.

hey I used google. I found a list of the trump admin ethics scandals! Can you believe it? Google. It's a cool tool.
https://www.bloomberg.com/graphics/trump-administration-conflicts/White House acting Chief of Staff Mick Mulvaney, who’s also head of the Office of Management and Budget, received tens of thousands of dollars in campaign contributions from payday lenders when he was in Congress. After Trump named him acting head of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, he said that wouldn’t pose a conflict because he was no longer in elected office and had no plans to run for one in the future. He later proposed loosening regulations on the industry. A spokesman for Mulvaney said it is ludicrous to think campaign contributions he received years ago while serving in Congress would influence him today.
Housing and Urban Development Secretary Ben Carson allowed his son to help organize an agency listening tour in Baltimore, despite being told by government lawyers that doing so might violate ethics rules. He canceled an order for a $31,000 dining set for his Washington office amid media attention that the expense exceeded a $5,000 limit for office redecoration. Carson has said he had little involvement in the matter. His office didn’t respond to a request for comment.
Education Secretary Betsy DeVos’s investments in a debt-collection company and the nation’s largest operator of for-profit charter schools raised concerns about possible conflicts of interest during her nomination hearings. She agreed to divest those and 100 other holdings. The department later awarded a contract to the debt-collection company, which DeVos said she had nothing to do with.
Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin’s use of military aircraft for eight trips that cost taxpayers almost $1 million didn’t violate any laws, according to a report by the department’s inspector general. But the report faulted Mnuchin for a “disconnect between the standard of proof called for... and the actual amount of proof provided” to justify the requests. After the internal investigation, Mnuchin started making more information about his plane trips publicly available.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and his wife, Transportation Department Secretary Elaine Chao, are drawing vehement criticism in response to a Politico report that she helped secure funds for $78 million worth of transportation projects in his state. According to Politico, Chao selected Transportation Department aide Todd Inman to serve as an intermediary to McConnell and state officials in Kentucky — the state for which he has been serving as a U.S. senator since the mid-1980s.
Before becoming Trump’s labor secretary, top Miami prosecutor Alexander Acosta worked with the lawyers of Jeffrey Epstein—a now-disgraced hedge fund manager whose been accused by dozens of underage girls of sexual abuse and sex trafficking—to “contain” the case he was supposed to be prosecuting, according to a Wednesday report from the Miami Herald.
The U.S. government’s top ethics watchdog has ruled that Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross violated his ethics agreement by inaccurately reporting stock holdings in his 2018 financial disclosure form.
I could go on all day and use all kinds of pixels here.
Trump surrounds himself with criminals. Always has, always will. They are his people.
Cohen, Manafort, epstein, flynn, gates, most of his cabinet is deeply ethically challenged...
IQ45 Trump will give a speech tomorrow, to appease Javanka. It seems Trump has embraced the environmental talking points of Evil Democrats. To pull off this 180º spin he plans to claim the Green New Deal will outlaw cows, cars and planes. Just another idiotic lie in Trumplandia.
"We are the party of conservation, environmental protection and expanding responsible, clean energy technologies while the Democrats’ radical Green New Deal would outlaw cows, cars and planes."
https://uspolitics.10ztalk.com/2019/07/07/inside-trumps-javanka-special-speech-on-the-environment/
I will grant you that I was slinging the term 'criminals' around too loosely.
While trump does find himself connected to criminals all the time, those in his cabinet are just violators of ethics rules over and over. They aren't criminals.
And I didn't even mention Kushner - the rat's nest of ethics problems. That guy is a spineless, moral-less awful person. It's endless with that guy. He is completely unbound from rules and sense.
Making a distinction between 'criminal' and 'ethics-challenged' is not a point in your favor.

Sally Will only believe it if it comes out of the Dear Leader’s mouth, the one and only source of truth. That his ex attorney said it and that it was splattered all over Mueller’s report and various books means nothing to Sally.

Except trump wants to stay in office and out of jail much more than having the guy asking questions fired... one would think that would be very easy for you to understand but then again you don’t seem to read much, or think much either...
