Flagpole, what exactly has Trump been found guilty of? Last I check this is a prosecution report that has led to ZERO indictments.
Good luck on Congress possibly charging Trump with obstruction. Not a strong case especially if Meuller and DOJ can’t come to that conclusion. Both sides will just fight back and forth like high school girls.
Neither you or Sally have read the report I’m assuming.
According to the report:
1. Due to DOJ policy against indicting a sitting president Mueller left the decision on obstruction to Congress. He then outlined 10 times in which the president could be charged with obstruction if the DOJ Policy was different.
2. It was not a fake investigation. Russians attempted to affect the outcome of a US election. During the FBIs investigation of the Russian interference Trump fired Flynn, who was under investigation due to foreign contacts, thinking it would make the Russia investigation go away, when it didn’t he asked the FBI director to stop investigating Flynn, when he didn’t Trump then fired the FBI director. At that point all hell broke loose and the special counsel was appointed.
Do we need a color by numbers book? Does the FBI or the AG need to issue a pre-school book? Barney style? Are you all just dense?
It’s pretty clear.
