I don’t have a problem with trump voting, ha ha, an absentee ballot from Moscow would be fine.

I also said I had nothing better to do. Also wtf is up with your obsession on enumerating
*(now awaiting a response that will comically over-enumerated)*
2) Methinks you have something bothering you today outside of just being wrong about felonies.
3) I hope you can find a way to have a good rest of the day...seriously.
Not really. Your mental gymnastics and typical Flagpole behavior is amusing to me though, as is your obsession to be correct no matter what. It's solid entertainment, and I stand by what I said regarding the future of the country.
I'm going to Shenandoah later today for the weekend so I'm already set.

Flagpole deserves a high-five from all of us with this post. He sensed that a fellow poster was having a bad day and wished him well. The give-and-take here can get fairly combative on occasion but Flagpole really stepped up on this one. Well done, Flagpole! Hope you have a good rest of the day as well!
lol sure, why not. Here's a high-five to Flagpole

You Liberals want to give felons the right to vote so being a felon is not that bad.
You may have meant ex-felon but your point is pretty good. Not a bad zinger.
But a lot of liberals do want current inmates to have the right to vote.
The thinking about that is when they gave black people the right to vote the first thing conservatives did was to convict many of them of bogus crimes so they couldn't vote.
Some ex-felons lose the right to vote after they get out. Many European countries allow prisoners to vote, as does Canada. Other European countries restore the right to vote after release from prison.
Interesting factoid: The United States has a higher proportion of its population in prison than any other Western nation and more than Russia or China.
In 1976 1.2 million ex-prisoners were denied the right to vote. In 2010 that number grew to 5.9 million; some 2-1/2% of the voting age population.
The US is a very backward country in terms of prisoner voting rights, and politicians have used restrictions on voting rights for political gain. That much is very obvious.

I am stating the law. In the law, a felony is a crime with punishment that may include prison time of one year or more.
Are you intentionally being retarded to waste my fvcking time or are you actually that obtuse? Just curious
I am stating that Tiny has warped your brain so much that you think a felony is not a big deal.
A felony can send you to prison. A felony is ALWAYS a big deal!!!
White flag ?! Sweden admits Assange will likely never be tried for charges there. Now Assange can concentrate on embarrassing trump.

An anonymous person online cannot waste your time.
But I agree with your point that there are degrees of felonies that are bigger than others.
I think tax evasion of millions of dollars and money laundering of millions of dollars would be a big thing, for example.
I agree with that too. That's why we have degrees of felonies.
But a felony is ALWAYS a big deal!!!

Was it a big deal when Hillary, in her role as secretary of state was sending classified e-mails over an unsecure server? Or when asked to produce 30,000 emails which were the property of the United States government, she instead chose to destroy those emails and destroyed the server. Was that felony ALWAYS a big deal?

What about misdemeanors? How do we feel about those?

Yep. A felony is always a big deal. TWO FELONIES is an even bigger deal. Cheating is cheating. He cheated. He cheated specifically so that he wouldn't be negatively affected at the ballot box. Can't cheat. I accounted for cheating. Makes me right about the 2016 election.
Racket, you are usually so level-headed. You are flat wrong on this one.
I gave two examples of felonies that are very much not a big deal. There's 100s of others that exist now and in the past. Furthermore, federal laws are not ethical or just simply by nature of being written into law.
This is very much the same argument that people make when they make excuses for cops killing black kids on the street. The cops are never wrong because they're the law :D[/quote]
You gave two examples that in fact ARE a big deal when prosecuted as a felony. Let's take the mail one for example.
If I open someone's mail by mistake, it's not even a crime. If I do it without ill intent, I won't be convicted of a felony.
If I open someone's mail with the intention to steal that person's identity, I can be convicted of a felony and go to prison. In fact, as a nation, we have decided that this crime is punishable by up to 5 years in prison. That's a big deal.
Again, a felony can send you to prison. A felony is ALWAYS a big deal!!!
And if trump is given a nice rubber room, he could still vote...”Yes, mr president, every vote counts. One time there was an election so close, it was decided by ONE voter! Putin was his name, I think...”
2. Thing is. You were WRONG about the 2016 election. This has been demonstrated ad nauseum on this thread by both sides. It's no longer debatable. You were wrong. Move on. Everyone else has.
Democrats are Buttjudge lovers!!!
That’s hilarious!!!!
If trump commits a felony, he said he can pardon himself, so trumpers have nothing to worry about, ha ha.
You’re getting hard typing “buttjudge.”

Trump won the presidency fair and square. Can you liberals not get that into your thick skulls? He is our president. My president and YOUR president.! If you don't want - go elsewhere. He won the presidency. You are a disgrace to question the legitimacy of his presidency.
Just so Racket will not think that everyone on this thread is a clueless, anal, pompous, narcissistic prick . . . Yes, it is blindingly obvious that you are CORRECT in your debates here against Flagpole and his siamese twin, the Fat dude.

Right there. Trump could have won the popular vote if all of his friends in crime were allowed to vote.

The law is the law regardless of whether it is a misdemeanor or felony. Both make you a crook and should be punished.
Sorry Trumpers, any gains from illegal activity should be forfeited. This includes the Presidency.

The vast majority of felons are democrat. Democrats are always engaging in crime. a Shame.
