I will address the second question. If 2 years had been spent on investigating everything about Obama, it definitely would not have been a nothing burger. What he did with the IRS in targeting conservative groups is perhaps the most egregious abuse of presidential power ever. Having Loretta Lynch meet with Bill Clinton to clear Hillary of wrongdoing is also terribly troubling. Obama did many things that a "Robert Mueller" investigating him would not have come back with no indictments.
A few facts for you about the IRS scandal:
* Nobody found evidence that Obama or anyone in the White House had anything to do with the supposed IRS scandal.
* Nobody in the IRS was fired.
* Nobody in the IRS was indicted.
* The FBI investigation found no evidence of "enemy hunting". In other words, what the IRS did was not done for partisan reasons.
* The Trump administration settled the lawsuit filed by the organizations that were supposedly harmed. If this were a real stain on the Obama administration, they would have let it go to trial so the "truth" would be exposed.
The IRS "scandal" was the true nothingburger. It was a case of poor judgement, but there was no hint of nefarious activity.
The Obama administration was the cleanest since Carter. Nobody in his administration was even indicted.
On the other hand, everything Tiny touches is riddled with scandal. Can't you see the difference?
