Maybe you can be so kind to enlighten us with your expertise on fraud.
“Nuts” is the standard reply to fascists, as the defenders of Bastogne once said. They struggled to translate this, so they just flipped them off.
Prosecutors used a new law Trump signed to get data from Cohen's Gmail
Trump signed the CLOUD Act into law, which gave US law enforcement more legal pathways to pursue data stories overseas. The provision was tucked into the $1.3 trillion spending bill Trump signed to avoid a federal government shutdown.

So, you take issue with what the actual U.S. Code (Law) says. There is no limitation for fraud. Fraud you seem to think can be
unintentional.
fraud [frôd]: wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain.
I've mentioned here before playing with John Lee Hooker. He lived in Redwood City, CA at the time, and my band was playing at a place there called The Farmhouse that is no longer there. He came in and sat right in front of the stage. I was a young pup back then and did not know who he was. After a break, he came up and sat in using my keyboard while I moved to the keyboard owned by our saxophone player.
With that same band, we had the pleasure of having Brad Gillis from Night Ranger play with us one night because he was friends with our bass player. This is also something I have mentioned before.
The guitar player from that band taught me how to play the blues. I then later took some blues piano lessons from the great Detroit bluesman Rico Cooper, something again I have mentioned here before. And, if you don't think Rico is a great bluesman, just ask him.
In addition to festivals and fairgrounds, my playing has taken me from The Farmhouse in Redwood City, CA to Fat Fish Blue in Cleveland and Cincinnati to the Thirsty Ear and The Blues Station in Columbus, OH and the Slippery Noodle Inn in Indianapolis, just to name a few.

Wire fraud and mail fraud have statutes of limitations of five years. Criminal deception. Unless it affects a financial institution then it is ten years.

Around 1990, I sat in the front row at a small venue to see John Lee Hooker and John Mayall's Blues Breakers. Got to shake Hooker's hand, which seemed quite fragile at the time. He was so old he could barely play but that didn't matter.
He could still put on a show. It was one of the best I ever saw. I'm jealous that you got to play with that guy.
He was an original for sure. Did you see him in California?
Treason except, comrade.

How do wire and mail fraud laws overrule the IRS tax fraud laws? Oh, please explain.

No need arguing about this...if there is any doubt that Trump might get off due to statues of limitations, he will be (or has already been) indicted under seal.

I looked up crimes with not statutes of limitations and they are:
1) Murder
2) Fraud and embezellement
3) War crimes
4) Kidnapping
5) Treason
6) Not paying back student loans (which seems out of place)
So you are possibly right. But that other thing I read did include statutes of limitations on wire fraud and mail fraud. Maybe federal versus state.
An impeachment has broad leeway, stupid.
A sex act was supposedly high crimes & misdemeanors.

Most likely part Ethiopian and part Egyptian. Both more brown Arabic than black African.
Spartacus was a white slave.
Cleopatra was of the extremely inbred Ptolemies who served as pharaohs. She was very likely to have had the olive colored skin like a Greek person. There's actually an entire Wikipedia article on it so I guess the debate is a real thing :
