You are not very smart if you think a wall won't help. Walls are highly effective. I am getting tired of your lies. Israel put up a wall on its southern border and immigration was cut back by 98%. Anyone who says walls are not effective either are lying or are not very smart.
You are entitled to your foolish opinions, just stop saying that liberals don't want to secure the border. You know very well that is not true.
Fat Hurts - we are about as far apart politically as possible but I do respect the sincerity of your convictions. And you seem like a pretty intelligent guy. One thing I would ask you - Chuck Schumer and other Democrats previously voted to fund a wall and fund it with many billions more than what Trump had asked. Why did they support a wall back then but oppose even 1$ (Nancy's words) towards it now? Is it simply because someone they revile (Trump) is in the White House?

I just hope he stays moderate and doesn't go hard left like the rest of the dems. Amy excepted.
Green font? Beto already has talked about tearing down border walls. The guy would turn left on a right-turn only street like Jimmy Kimmel. He's a radical lefty already what are you smoking. get a clue.
his voting record is moderate
Agreed that thing he said about tearing down walls was stupid - have to think he won't go there again

My name was supposed to be as shown below but it got truncated.

Why was the migrant caravan not able to cross the southern border at Tijuana. Because there is an effing wall there!
Yes. It was because of the wall and only that. We need more walls. We should not only have them at the border but around every house, school, business, park, street, hotel, everywhere because if any of them get past that initial border wall there will be other walls to stop them. Let's take money from everywhere to build these walls. I want walls... it's a national emergency... walls and more walls are needed now.

Beto could go down the middle and own the middle...esp if biden stays out. Right now the middle is just amy and she's not doing much there. He could run with all the suburban women - they love him. Literally, they love him.
to pull a stat out of that piece:
So how did O’Rourke vote? Well, in his first term in Congress, he voted somewhat more conservatively than the typical House Democrat. It was the same in his second term in Congress and the same again in his third term.
In the 113th Congress, he was more conservative than 76 percent of Democrats.
In the 114th Congress, he was more conservative than 79 percent of Democrats.
In the 115th Congress, he was more conservative than 77 percent of Democrats.

Did you even read what you linked? The 2006 vote was for "significant fencing" (700-miles) while the article suggests that the current discussion revolves around fencing the entire 2,000-mile border. Trump has asked for $5.7 billion. He has never asked for funding to fence the entire border. I believe there already is hundreds of miles of fencing. That article is really lame to suggest that the current discussion is to fund the entire border when there is already fencing among parts and Trump only asked for $5.7. Parts of the terrain at the border is so treacherous that no fencing is needed. Please read the articles you link before linking them so you understand what they are saying and how they are misleading in what they are saying.

There’s is literally a tape of Trump discussing paying off women in cash that the public has heard and now a check from the president while in office to reimburse that payment.
There is a lot more than what lead Nixon to the brink of impeachment.
Here is the difference between Trump and Nixon.
Nixon was a politician who dabbled in criminality.
Trump is a criminal who dabbles in politics.
To summarize my previous post (and the link which the linker did not read) Schumer and company voted many more billions for "significant" fencing along the border in 2006 than even Trump has requested (5.7 billion). Now that Trump is president, they refuse to vote for even 1$ for fencing. Quite peculiar.

I'll just be honest and say I would have to research it. I don't know the circumstances or the arguments from then versus now. And I don't have time to do the research.
And if I recall, Nancy actually said she would go for it if it was just $1 to stop the shutdown. It was in response to a silly question from a reporter and she gave a facetious answer.
Fair enough. I just looked and currently there are 580 miles of barrier in place. The 2006 provided for 700 so not sure how much was built from that act.
It wasn’t that Democrats weren’t for securing the border. They weren’t in favor of giving into a one sided demand with the president holding government funding hostage.
Trump doesn’t need a wall, he’s hiding in Vietnam. An ocean protects him. Meanwhile AOC nailed down all the employees who know about trump’s taxes so they can be subpoenaed. Trump should probably get on a spaceship next; neither a wall nor an ocean will be enough.

Do you not really think that while Trump was running for president, Obama, who had already weaponized the IRS to go after conservative groups, had not seriously delved into every Trump tax return over the last quarter century?

AOC rocked the house today - she was the best interrogator of all. She blew me away. So many of them are just dunces.
And yes, the trump org CFO will be a-coming to Washington.

you know, it's cool not to lie. You don't have to lie. You could, you know, tell the truth. It feels good. Liberating. You'll sleep better too. Just some tips. Carry on.
