Trump's wall funding sources are going strong. The money that Hillary stole for her Wall was never found.

You've mentioned your prowess on the piano. Where can I find some of your work? Do you have any albums out?
I will appease you.
Most of the work I have done over the years is in bands or stuff I don't own the rights to (session work), but I will share some randomly chosen original stuff that I happen to have on this computer with you.
https://www.soundclick.com/bands3/?bandID=1445610Surface - completely instrumental -- piano and shakuhachi.
Funk Mountain -- just FUNK, brother. [instrumental]
Can you be any more uncool - Working on my falsetto. [keyboard and singing]
You're Blue -- worst recording of them all, but keyboard and singing.

If a wall was so important to Republicans, why didn't they vote to fund it when they controlled both houses of Congress? You know why, because most Republicans know there isn't an 'emergency' along the US/Mexico border. Politicians from both sides of the isle recognize the economic impact of immigrants. Unfortunately, the issue is used to rally and scare the Republican base.
Calling hundreds of thousands of illegals coming into the USA "hyperbole" is downright lying, and you know it. Just because no president before had the balls to do what's right, doesn't mean it's not an emergency now. Get a grip.
I can't fix stupid. Again, why didn't Republicans vote to fully fund the wall when they controlled both the House and Senate?
... crickets ...

And, as was noted already, the funding sources Trump identified are fake. There is no idle cash sitting around for Trump to steal to build his wall of ego. Now Trump has to ask Congress to provide additional funds to build his wall, and that is going nowhere.
My HUGE BICEPS tell people how secure I am, brother!
And in another Trump style "win."
Trump's justice department says that the Mueller report is not expected to be finished next week.

Flagpole - I'm a regular poster on this thread and we are mostly in agreement, but I wanted to post this anonymously so it doesn't affect our discussion of trump. However, I hope the music you posted was a joke. It was really bad. Perhaps your session stuff is better, but the music you posted was really, really awful.

Individual-1 did not consider this to be an emergency.
Please explain why it wasn't treated as an emergency a year ago?

Democrats and Republicans voted for a bill to fund fencing on parts of the border. Right or wrong. But comparing it to Trump's vision of a wall is not comparing apples to apples. Both parties do agree on border security, but how to do it is not always agreed upon. It's a hot button political issue. Most drugs are smuggled through ports of entry, flown in, or along coastal areas. Most known terrorists have arrived in the US via the Canadian border. Why not build a wall up north? The 9/11 terrorists mostly flew into the US or crossed via Canada.
Again, why didn't Republicans vote to fully fund the wall when they controlled both the House and Senate?
That's a simple question and Trumpers continue to avoid it.

It's a simple question, but not in the way you think. The reason they didn't buy a wall is because you effectively need 60 votes to pass the senate, not 50.
The Senate majority can change the rules of the Senate at any time and has done so on several occasions in recent years to eliminate the filibuster for Supreme Court nominees, among other things. If Trump really wanted the Wall that badly, he would have forced McConnell to drop the filibuster on other issues. They didn't value it highly enough to prevent Republicans from filibustering Democrats after the Senate changes hands.

all that is true, but for people asking why the Rs didn't buy a wall when they had both branches of congress, the best answer is the 60 votes needed. A secondary answer is what you are saying - they didnt' want to blow up the fillibuster to get the wall.
Interesting that the fillubuster is not in the constitution, was never used for the first 50 or so years of the Republic, and then rarely used until the 1970s. it's not really as important to the Senate as some think.
