Out of 150 million taxpayers that would say 15 million middle class Americans may face a tax increase because of this plan.

It will be hard to campaign on that tax cut next year.

But this also says terrible things about just how stupid the American electorate is. It was not hidden that the tax cuts were large and permanent for the rich while being tiny and temporary for everyone else. That is what folks should have been concerned with - not whether or not their tax refund is a few dollars more or a few dollars less this year.
