But since Hillary was the one that cheated with now-exposed help from the top echelons at the FBI and DOJ (along with Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS, and foreigners like Christopher Steele), it sounds like Trump overcame even more difficult odds despite some nasty "collusion".

That's great. So hundreds of thousands of people lost their lives in the war and its immediate aftermath, many thousands more were viciously tortured and killed by the savages who exploited the resulting power vacuum. Such a small price to pay for making sure that Saddam could no longer "thumb his nose" (and also so that you could proudly pat yourself on the back while you repeat to yourself, "Rule of Law person I am"), right?.
JFC!
Hindsight is 20/20. I already said if I had a time machine and knew what the result would be that I would not have supported it.
I spoke out against the Iraq war based on the fact that it did not pass Christian "Just War" doctrines. Whether you are a Christian or not, these doctrines are very useful in deciding whether or not to go to war.
Even among Christians these doctrines are ignored when a nation is whipped into a frenzy. That's what happened in the lead-up to the Iraq war. We were duped. We let fear get the best of us and we paid an awful price.
Little story for you...
...When I was a small child, I had yet to see the ocean. Then, my parents planned to take the family to the ocean. We left the house. After one hour we still were not there. After two hours, we still were not there. After 7 hours we still were not there. After 18 hours, we still were not there. We were on this trip for a long time. It was the longest trip I had ever been on. At no time on the trip TO the ocean did someone say, "well, we don't see the ocean yet, so I guess we won't".
Well, we got to the ocean, and it was warm and it was good.
Get ready for some grouper and lobster tail, brother.

It was an appropriate stance to decide war with Saddam was warranted when he did not abide by the rules of the surrender.
It was not appropriate at all. There were many measures we could have taken short of going to war.
Just because Bush tells us Saddam was breaking the surrender agreement doesn't mean we immediately start bombing.

Meh. McConnell is an ass, but I give him a pass on that. The Confederate Flag didn't ALWAYS have the same connotation it does today. The Dukes of Hazard had it on their freakin' car! If he happily appeared with the Confederate flag TODAY, that would be a different deal.
To be more accurate, it did ALWAYS have the same connotation. But most white people didn't recognize it. African Americans did.
Fair point and agreed.

You didn't have a TV growing up? The ocean is on there all the time.

The problem is that the trip you are on now is to Fairy Tale Land.

Good try, but...no.
If you believe Hillary Clinton did something criminal and is getting away with it, don't let it happen, brother! Go hire and lawyer and have at her!
Looks like you're back to zero, brother.
I think it's safe to say that after more than two years of your claim and lots of posters saying that it never happened and not one saying it did, we can lay this lie to bed. Never happened and anyone who comes forward from here supporting your story is lying.

We didn't do it immediately. When you are in a surrender agreement because YOU invaded another country, the leash is short.

Nope. No way to know if that poster is the same one who confirmed. Not a lie. I do not lie. I did make those caveats, and I WILL officially declare I was right about the election once conspiracy is proven (and it will be).

What's "no"? Everything I stated is 100% true. No one has even denied it from the Left, or really even the FBI. We've seen the emails, we know the timelines, etc. It's as clear as day what they were doing.
There's been over a dozen people fired or that have resigned in disgrace as the details regarding the conspiracy against the Trump campaign have come out. That IS the evidence of wrongdoing right there. They don't even fight back. They were caught red-handed.
Are you still that blind to the facts?
I'm not going to debate this topic further on a running forum designed in 1994. The nuance and broader issues are too complex and I don't have time to write a novel so go ahead and claim victory, but in summary, I do not believe it matters what his supporters are now because it is symptomatic of larger issues that have not been resolved and will likely not be resolved by 2020. It is impossibly more complex than just right vs wrong

Yes, Hillary cheated and STILL lost. It makes it that much more satisfying.
But that's also why the folks with TDS are so out of their minds- there was no reason she should have lost. It was in the bag.
The DNC conspired against Bernie in the primaries (admitted).
Then conspire with Perkins-Coie, Fusion GPS, and UK resident Chris Steele, in coordination with supposed Russian officials on the fake dossier.
Then conspire with the FBI to get FISA approved to spy on the Trump campaign.
Then they conspire with NBC to drop the pushygrabbing video as the October surprise.
Then Trump wins.
After much, much crying- and a break from the boards by Flagpole- they return with the "RUSSIA!" narrative.
The rest, my friends, is history. In 2.5 years, there has been zero indictments for collusion. Not one. You know why? Because over the last year Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Baker, the Ohrs and others have provided enough evidence through testimony to take the cover off of one of the biggest hoaxes in American history.
Mueller's working his butt of trying to save face for the intel community, but Whitaker- and soon Barr- will ensure he can only repair so much damage.

From John Heilemann program on Showtime—
“When I went to the special counsel for the voluntary interview, it was, ‘Roger, Roger Roger, Roger,'” Former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg said, referring to Trump confidante Roger Stone. “I could tell what they were going to do to Roger. I think Roger could tell what they’re going to do to Trump. These aren’t the guys you f*ck around with. They have a strong case of a conspiracy.”

Not that short. We didn't even let the weapons inspectors finish. Most other nations did not agree that Saddam had significantly violated the surrender agreement. There was plenty of time to work things out without killing thousands and thousands of people.
We were duped. And it wasn't that hard to see what was going on with the Bush administration's lies. You would think that after Gulf of Tonkin we would have learned our lesson. But we didn't.
