If the Special Counsel's office is trying to charge Jr. of lying to the Congress (among other things), they need an official transcript. The House Intel Committee finally got all members yesterday, and they are expected to hand over the transcript next week. (They got the transcript of Stone in December, and it took a month to indict him. So I expect a similar time line.)

And I don't think Ivanka and Eric will be indicted by the Special Counsel. Whatever charges against them are not likely to be directly related to the Russia interference. Mueller is likely to farm out those cases to one of the US Attorney's office, like he did with Michael Cohen case and Maria Butina case.

Stone was just lazy. If he really wanted to erase the data he could have done a one-pass overwrite. That is sufficient for most data erasure for HDDs, and certainly for SSDs. A three-pass overwrite is better for HDDs. But if you are paranoid then a destructive shredding is the way to go. Do a second shredding if you like.

You have no clue how a legal investigation works. Hint: It is not limited to a single topic--"directly related to the Russia interference".

Ken Starr and Robert Mueller were appointed under different statutes, and have different authorities. Whitewater example is irrelevant here.

And you still have not answered why Mueller farmed out the Cohen case and the Butina case to other offices. Hint: there was an agreement between Mueller and his supervisor, Rosenstein.

What you have absolutely NO clue about is, whether the unpaid employees could wait to get paid. You are assuming they could hold out for months -- they can't just ask daddy for loan; maybe you can. That is not how the real world works. The real world is a place you try visiting some day.

You are incredibly naive to think people must all plane for contingencies. You have no clue what anyone's personal situation is. Trump, a self-claimed billionaire, has gone bankrupt multiple times. Did he not learn his lesson? How is it possible that he failed to have a proper contingency plan to avoid the embarrassment of bankruptcy … not just once, but over, and over, again, and again?
