I disagree.
Michael Cohen testifying to Congress in a public setting that he is going to jail because the president directed Cohen to use Trump's money to give hundreds of thousands of dollars of hush money to women in the weeks leading up to the election day is a pretty fat burger.
And it will look worse when he lays out the details.
He will specify that Cohen set up a shell company for the purpose of laundering Trump's money.
Trump would send money to this account for "consulting" purposes. Cohen would then send money from that account to pay favors for Trump.
Money would go to women. Money would go in and out to The National Enquirer to influence what stories would go public.
And we may learn of money transfers with Russian Oligarchs.
The details are mostly out there in the news.
But the visual of public testimony that Americans see on TV would be pretty impactful to public opinion of his fitness for office and whether he committed impeachable offenses either as president or to become president.
