You are in denial.
Mueller is coming.
The clown is done.
You bend everything Trump does to fit your liberal agenda. Being wrong is synonymous with being----Flagpole, the worst percentage predictor in Letsrun's History. When he realizes he's wrong, that he's put his foot in his mouth again, he starts with the excuses. Hillary was a thief and was not convicted. Trump gets the same rules.
I do not have a "liberal agenda". My agenda is only to get rid of a criminal in the White House. He ALSO happens to be an a$$hole, but it is the criminality that is the issue.
I have made no excuses. There is a difference between how the Chiefs of Staff left the Obama Administration and how they have left The Orange One's as I correctly pointed out.
I do not have evidence to show that Hillary was a thief, and in fact have evidence showing she was investigated and found NOT to be one. If you do, then go hire a lawyer and have at her. I am for justice no matter who it affects. I also don't believe Democrats are above the fray and incapable of bad actions...this is why I supported Conyers and Franken resigning. I also maintain that ANY President is under a microscope (and SHOULD be) so that if Hillary had won, it is POSSIBLE that some crimes of her would have been unearthed. If that had happened, I would be for any appropriate punishment for her...BUT it didn't. These bad actions and crimes from Trump HAVE been brought to light, and he IS the President, and that is unacceptable for a President to behave that way.
The SDNY has determined that Trump committed two felonies. Michael Cohen is going to serve prison time for this, and the SDNY has determined that Trump directed Cohen to commit said felonies. Legal experts have said that the SDNY would not make this determination on Cohen's word alone. Federal prosecutors in general are 90% successful, and supposedly the SDNY has an even better conviction rate.
I maintain that Trump will be indicted for these crimes. It will either be a sealed indictment so that he can still be prosecuted even if he wins a second term so that the 5-year statute of limitations doesn't run out, OR he will face a federal indictment simply when his term ends (and he is not re-elected) or he is forced out of office, OR he will be indicted by federal prosecutors while a sitting President DESPITE a DOJ guideline against doing that, OR he will be indicted by a state...likely New York...which doesn't have to follow the DOJ guidelines.
His biggest hope AGAINST indictment is if, as Neal Katyal has suggested, prosecutors come to some agreement with him that he resign to avoid jail time. Others here have challenged me on that saying there is no mechanism for that, but Neal Katyal is a former Solicitor General, and he is suggesting it, so it must be possible. Also, Clinton arranged with prosecutors NOT to be indicted after his term in office was over.
Mueller is coming.
